Imagine waking up every morning to the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean. That's what you will experience with this beautifully furnished three bedroom condo right on the ocean at Kings Pointe Marina. With direct views of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and of course, your private balcony, you will never want to leave this quiet and peaceful enclave. There are touches of tropical whimsy everywhere, a constant reminder that you have arrived in America's Paradise. And it goes without saying that there are overhead fans in every room.

The living area is bright and airy, with plenty of room to entertain. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you would need to prepare the most ambitious meal. The dining area is surrounded by windows on three sides, with light shining in from all angles. French doors open onto the spacious ocean view balcony, which has comfortable seating as well as an outdoor dining set.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and french doors to the balcony, with an in-suite bathroom furnished with twin vanities and a separate room for the toilet and oversize shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the second bathroom also has an extra large shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All linens are provided, along with beach towels and sun screen.

The large pool and hot tub are situated right on the oceanfront; you'll have those cooling ocean breezes almost all the time. There are a generous number of chaises and tables with umbrellas. When you want to be on the ocean instead of just looking at it, you'll be glad to know that Kings Pointe Marina is considered the best deep water marina in Key West. If you have brought your own boat, you'll be able to keep it at one the many dry slips or wet slips available.

Home away from home

I think the best way to travel is to stay at a place where it feels like home. I didn't want to leave on our last morning there. We had everything we needed to be comfortable away from home. There was plenty of space for my four children! The condo had an open concept, so we never felt crowded like you do in hotel rooms.

The back deck was one of the favorite highlights. We enjoyed looking out in the water, watching the sun rise, and seeing wildlife animals.

We really liked the fact that this place was NOT in Key West, but on Stock Island. However, it was close enough to go do all the Key West activities. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle (and tourists) of Key West. And the restaurants around the condo were excellent. We had amazing pizza at Roostica and great environment and seafood at Hogfish Bar & Grill.

Jim was great! He always emailed back quickly when I had a question. He also sent the security deposit back very quickly!

Currently there is construction going on right in front of the condos, however it was never a nuisance or disturbance.

Highly recommend staying here during your stay in Key West!!!!

Quiet and Beautiful with all the necessities, plus some

My sister and I took our mom to Key West to revisit her childhood home. We were more interested in exploring her old neighborhood haunts and the history of Key West than in catching the nightlife on Duval Street, so this location was perfect for us.

The condo was spotlessly clean and better appointed than any place I have ever rented. I can't think of anything we needed (right down to scotch tape) that wasn't there. The huge deck was a wonderful place to enjoy the sea breezes, photograph the sunrise, or have a glass of wine in the evening. It quickly became our favorite spot. Everything was so welcoming and comfortable that we felt like we were in a home, but without feeling like we had invaded someone else's house.

When we wanted to head into town for food, sightseeing, or shopping, the drive was short and easy. There are several good restaurants nearby on Stock Island, and Mallory Square is only a few miles away.

If you are looking for a location close to Old Town Key West but outside the "nightlife" scene, then I can't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful Condo, terrific owner

We (6 adults) had a wonderful stay in Jim's condo on our way to the Galapagos. Jim is so easy to work with. His emails are super prompt and accurate. Everything was exactly as described. The condo is very comfortable, clean and well-stocked. The kitchen has every pot, pan and gadget you need to fix most meals. There's a grill downstairs in the parking area. There are ample linens and towels, including pool towels. We loved getting up in the morning and having coffee on the ocean view deck. Very peaceful and quiet with 24-hour security. The condo is about 10 minutes by car to downtown Key West. The Publix, Home depot and strip mall shopping is less than 5 minutes by car on Roosevelt Avenue. Big thumbs up!

Awesome condo!

We had such a great time at this condo. It was so spacious and it had everything you could ever need. There was 3 couples and everyone had plenty of space to all sit on the beautiful deck or at the dining room table and even in the family room. My favorite part was sitting on the deck, or maybe the pool. Beach towels were provided, noodles to float in the pool. All the cooking utensils and even spices too. We will be back. Loved the place and Jim the owner was great to deal with.
