It is one of the NICEST units in Shores of Panama. It has been professionally decorated with beautiful furniture and beautiful colors. Why stay in a condo with white walls and bland furniture? We have installed new flooring throughout. We removed all the old dirty carpet.

We also installed a high capacity front loading washer and dryer for your convenience. Believe me it will come in handy on week stays. The washer that comes in most of the units at the resort will only hold 2 beach towels. Ours will hold 6 giving you more time on the beach instead of working in the condo. And since it’s a front loader, drying time is cut in half after washing a load.

This unit comes with its own reserved parking spot in the most convenient location on the 2nd floor garage and is conveniently located close to the least busy elevator. Elevator is only 10 feet away from the entry to the room. We have another condo 3 floors below and can accommodate a group of two families.

Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walking when you are in a hurry.

Our bunk beds are in a separate room with door for privacy. Many bunk rooms are open to the kitchen or living room without a door. We even upgraded the bunk mattresses.

Our master bedroom has a king size bed. We installed a door going into the master bath for your privacy. Many units do not have this door.

Our living room has a sofa and with a queen pull out with an upgraded mattress. We also have a large LR chair with a single pull out.

This is an Interior Designer's personal condo furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind. You have to visit with us at least once!! You will want to come back to The Shores of Panama often. Not your average rental condo!!

We are located on the 16th floor. Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home.

The Shores of Panama has fun children's activities, dive-in movies etc. The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool, workout room, and rentable banquet space for large groups.

One of the nicest units in Shores of Panama..Inquire early. We don't require you to wait in line for keys like others. We use a touch pad on the door to gain access to the condo, so no keys to keep up with during your stay.

Stay Here! You'll Really Enjoy It!

I've never rented from an individual like this, but this place was such a deal for how awesome it looked online that I just had to give it a try. Let me tell you: I found our regular vacation rental for years to come.

Here are the things I love the most about this condo:

1- The owner is responsive

2- Its just plain comfortable

3- No carpet, thank God!

4- The balcony provides awesome views

5- Location, location, location. If you need it, it's close-by.

6- Beach chair rentals, parasailing, jetskis, banana boat, etc right on the beach

7- Full-sized washer and dryer!

8- Family oriented

Our vacation plan was: Go grocery shopping the first night, and not leave the resort unless we were going to dinner or putt-putt or something.

Mission: Accomplished!

This condo has it ALL! The parking spot is very close to the elevators and on a lower floor of the parking garage (trust me, this is a huge plus). The room is also just off the elevators; super handy. When we got there, one of our kids exclaimed, "Even the ceiling fan is beautiful!" The condo is gorgeous, well-kept, clean, and has an open and airy feel to it. The balcony has just enough breeze coming by that its perfect for morning coffee with your sweetie and a few beverages with friends in the evening. While this is a high-rise, the beach really isn't terribly busy. Its very nice to have the pool just steps away. The resort is pretty happening until about 10 pm, but the hurricane glass windows and door block out most of the sound (i.e.- we had no probs getting kids to bed by 9). Hands down the best vacation we've had in a long time. I can't wait to stay here next year! Thank you again, Stephanie for letting us use your beautiful vacation home.

very nice

We enjoyed our stay at the resort very much, the pool was very nice and clean and pretty at night to look at. Location is good as everything is around and you can walk to different shops. We went on Memorial weekend (May 25-30 which was very very hectic and lots of college kids so therefore it was very crowed. The only complaint i would say was the elevator due to the congestion of people, it got stuck several times and my daughter freaked out and was scared to go on it so she went the stairs and we were on the 16th floor. We didn't get to eat at Pineapple Willy's like we wanted to as the wait time was 1.5 hours so we decided to walk to apple bees which was a mile but still good. The condo was clean, nice balcony with chairs and table to sit . The owner took care of the parking problem when we first got there as someone had stolen are spot and she called a tow truck very quickly. I would stay again but most likely at a different time frame possibly late September or in October as they say it slows down. If i stay again during a busy season , i would probably go lower floors. The waters were very beautiful and everything is very accessible there , jet skis, banana boats, etc. I would stay again .

Good place to stay

Super close to the elevator!!!! Great views and the assigned parking spot was in a great location! Condo overall was nice, the only problem we had was the flooring. Hardwood throughout the property, but a coarse hardwood that never seemed clean. The day we got there the floor felt like gritty sand, so we swept a total of 3 times and the floor just never felt clean.

Owner's Response: I am sorry for your frustration with the floor. It is actually a luxury sheet vinyl flooring and does have grooves in it. We removed all of the carpet years ago and have nothing to catch the sand with these floors. I guess at least you know what you are walking on. Thank you for your review. We will consider it and look for a better way to maintain the floors for our guests.

Pretty nice unit; pretty rude owner

The unit itself was almost everything we could have asked for despite the fact that there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. Also, the unit can sleep 6 comfortably but we were never informed of the fact that there were hardly any extra blankets, pillows, or sets of extra sheets/pillowcases. The owner knew 6 months in advance that she was renting her unit out to 6 college students on spring break. Spring break in PCB can get pretty crazy but thankfully due to their new law prohibiting alcohol on the beach, it was a lot less hectic and more relaxing than previous years which we were grateful for. 6 months in advance I talked to Stephanie personally on the phone and not ONLY did she know the nature of our trip; but she also said AND I QUOTE, "yeah I know you guys are all on spring break so ya know just don't throw up everywhere, and if you do just clean it up." Now, none of us threw up anywhere in the unit but if you are a college student on spring break at THIS particular resort, nobody is going to treat you with respect or care about you at all. In their minds everybody at this resort is some wasted college degenerate who intends to destroy everything in their path. One of the first days we were there, we brought one of the couches out on to the balcony for the morning to simply create extra seating space because it was a beautiful day out. This is when I received a call from Stephanie who owns the property yelling at me to "TAKE THE COUCH INSIDE OR WE WOULD BE THROWN OUT." I complied with the owner immediately with nothing but respect and I thought all was good. Right after that I received a call from resort security asking me to come down and talk to them. They proceeded to try and tell me that Stephanie said that we were partying, destroying furniture, and had topless girls running wild on our balcony (NONE OF THIS EVER HAPPENED). Security would not even let me speak or defend myself and said that if they received another call about us, that we would be thrown out. When I thought all of this was over, an hour later 2 of Stephanie's friends came to the condo to "check things out." Obviously nothing was out of order because I never heard from Stephanie again after that. They invaded our privacy and made meand my friends feel very uncomfortable and HARASSED. Bottom line, if you're a college student on spring break, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!! We also cleaned the entire condo before we left and Stephanie STILL took our security deposit.

Great location, AMAZING VALUE!

This property was located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Lots of stuff to do around, even when the days are a bit cold in the winter and cannot swim in the beach. The property has fees for using amenities, so as long as you plan the days well to pay for them, it is worth it. We paid around $15 per day per room for the amenities which are the outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, etc. Overall, great price for the week and the owner (Stephanie) was very good at keeping in contact. Would definitely do this property again!
