About Rob Biddleman
Dan and I (Rob) both grew up in central Connecticut, north of Hartford and we now live in West Hartford. Since we were first together we would vacation for two weeks every year in Provincetown. The first place we rented was 12 Creek Hill, right across the street from our current home. During the time we rented at #12 we watched the home we now own be transformed from a nondescript ranch to the wonderful home it is now.
Rob Biddleman purchased this House in 2005
Why Rob Biddleman chose Provincetown
In 1998 we purchased our first home in Provincetown. It was a great place, steps from the beach in the far east end. In 2005, when we decided we wanted to be closer to town and 13 Creek Hill was for sale, it seemed like fate. We feel very fortunate to be able to be the owners of this home and our summer guests help make it possible. We always feel rejuvenated after even a short stay and are always sad to leave this place. The home has a wonderful combination of light, views, space, privacy and peacefulness.
What makes this House unique
While being an easy walk or bike ride to town or the beach, our home offers great privacy in a peaceful location at the end of a private road. Our home is on a large lot bordering the National Seashore Park. There are great waterviews from most rooms and the sunsets are amazing.

Great Winter Getaway
My three friends and I had a delightful experience renting this luxurious, well-appointed, clean, uncluttered, and very well-maintained house for 3 nights in January. After an inauspicious short winding drive up to the house from the main road past a number of custom-built, suburban-style development homes, it was a treat to enter this house to experience an unobstructed and panoramic view of marsh and ocean from multiple windows in the living room. Two of the four bedrooms also have spectacular views, especially the master bedroom/bath which is accessed from a multi-windowed spiral stair and features its own circular window, private outside deck, and an over-the-top bathroom with jacuzzi set next to more windows. The third twin-bedded room faces the front of the house. The fourth bedroom in the basement is dark and less desirable, but has its own living room. Beddings are distinctive and beautiful. The main living room on the ground floor provides very comfortable seating (2 two-person couches and a rocker with ottoman) grouped around a large flat-screen TV. (There are also small TVs in each bedroom.) The kitchen also has a great view and is very well stocked with every conceivable pot, pan, bowl, spice (including gran masala), and appliance, including a great coffee maker, and the professional stove made it a pleasure to cook and eat at the house. There were plenty of clean white towels and small toiletry items in the bathrooms, as well as bags of snacks at the kitchen counter. The art work is lovely and original. We discovered the board game Apples to Apples, which we had fun playing. The only problem we encountered on our wintry weekend was snow-related: the stairs leading up to house were not shoveled and were quite slippery even after we found a shovel and shoveled them. From the front door it was an easy and lovely walk to the stone breakwater, the marsh, along the residential streets at the East End of Provincetown, and back to this great house to watch a gorgeous sunset.
We did not know that our new plow service was not shovelling the stairs and walks. They will be taken care of going forward.
Also please note the lower level bedroom has been completely renovated since this review. There is new flooring, furniture, lighting, new glass door, new wet bar and new full bath. This level walks out at ground level and has full size windows.
Great house! Great views! Great location!
I rented the house for my wife's 60th birthday celebration to be shared with her 2 sisters and husbands and 2 closest friends with their spouses. Although one couple had to stay at a local motel when the spouses showed up, as the home sleeps 8, it was a great success. Everyone loved the house. The cooks enjoyed doing their thing while gazing out at the dunes and the occasional fishing boat. Watching the Pat's kick butt and during commercials enjoying the view of Great Blue Herons feeding in the salt pond directly in front of the house was just fine. For my in-laws from Arizona it was a special treat to enjoy the ocean views, as well as my Syracuse in-laws.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, nice linens, good pillows. The bathrooms were well outfitted with necessary towels, shampoo and some very nice goats milk soap. As we were there in November it was brisk, to say the least, and we did have the fireplace going and after some difficulty getting it started a quick call and Alan, the property manager, was there in minutes and the fire was blazing.
Make an effort to take a walk out to the dunes that you look out at all day, it's a nice walk. The many artists that sell their wares, whether it be fudge, painting or photography on tiles, leather goods, or oils on canvas are still open on the weekends. Stop by the Purple Feather in P-Town if it's chilly and have yourself a delicious Hot Chocolate Martini, and perhaps pick up some adult holiday candy.
All in all it was a great few days and I'm sure that my wife will remember her 60th birthday for a long time to come. Hopefully some day we'll be back.
So glad you enjoyed your stay!
The view!! Wonderful house. We were very happy with the property, location, and owner!
Would totally recommend and repeat!
Amazing space and views
This is our second year staying at Creek. We absolutely love this house! The views are incredible with an amazing layout, gorgeous kitchen and an amazing downstairs suite. We have been going to Ptown for Carnival for about 7 years now and have been renting houses for the past 5. Rob is really good at responding to messages and answering any questions we may have had. Would definitely recommend! Happy Carnival 🙂
My family had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-kept and well-stocked house.
This house was minutes from both the beach and the town - and roomy enough for our adult children and young grandson to enjoy both family time and private time.
What a wonderful long weekend!!
We enjoyed this house!! Everything was as advertised. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us.
Enjoy the restaurants, shops and night life of Provincetown. This home is also located close to the National Seashore, including Herring Cove and Race Point beaches. We are high in a hill and not effected by recent flooding.
