This beautifully appointed home features a 'Great Room' with French doors that lead directly out to the covered patio area for the 'Sun Shy' and then to the solar heated pool and spa. The 'tropical look' landscape ads to the enjoyment of lounging around the pool or cooking at the built-in BBQ. Indoor entertainment is a 46' LCD HDTV in the 'Great Room', DVD player + Wireless Internet throughout the home. The home also has free unlimited long distance through out the US, Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico!
French doors lead from the Master Bedroom directly to the pool and spa area. Relax in the spa or 'oversize tub' in the Master Bathroom and then get into the 'cozy' King-Size Bed for a GREAT nights sleep! The two guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and Queen-Size beds. One of the guest rooms features French doors that open onto the courtyard and a private side door to the backyard! All bedrooms have their own TV's and there is also one in the kitchen.
The Kitchen features a large eating area that leads directly to the pool and spa. The kitchen also has built-in GE Monogram appliances: convection oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a five-burner gas cooktop. The kitchen has slab granite countertops and backsplashes. The home has an inside laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, a utility sink, and granite countertop.
The community tennis courts are one short block away from the house. They can be used day or night!

We chose to buy our vacation rentals for a few reasons. (1) because we live close to them and can manage them easily. (2) Most of the renters are snowbirds and the busy time of the year is from October 1st through May 31st. That's when it's the most wonderful and comfortable weather and we love staying here in the California sunshine and managing our properties. Off season is when we travel. We like to get out of the desert when the temperatures reach over 100 degrees - and with Patricia having retired from the airlines - it makes it easy for us to travel!

We have just returned from another fantastic summer vacation in this beautiful home away from home. As always, the house is clean and well stocked with everything we could possible need. This is a beautiful and spacious property on Paris Way and is well maintained and also well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms etc.). We rented two houses from Hal and couldn't have been happier. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and also we found plenty of floats and pool toys in the garage for the kids. Would definitely recommend. Thanks, Hal!
The very moment we drove up to the gate of this secure community we were excited, and we had every reason to be. What a lovely home we had rented. We were lucky enough to spend almost three months in this beautifully decorated, fully equipped & welcoming home. The gated community is a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood and very handy to all shopping and golfing. Our favorite feature of this home has to be the wonderful salt water pool and very private rear yard. Other than a 3 day trip to San Diego we spent hours in that pool every day we were there, and enjoyed many great BBQ's on the gas grill. We had everything we needed in both a well stocked home and great location. Unlimited long distance calling allowed me to stay in touch with family back home daily, something I really appreciated. We consider this home one of our best vacation finds. I must end this by stating what wonderful hosts Hal and Pat are. From hello to so long they were nearby if we needed anything. Simply put (I think it's already been said) Hal and Pat are just "good people", who we plan to revisit as soon as possible.
We have stayed here for the second year running through August and had a fantastic time. The house is clean and well stocked, we had everything we needed. The pool and garden area is just magnificant,
the photos don't do the property justice, its wonderful!
Hal and Pat made us most welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly be staying here again in the near future.
