The courtyard/patio is surrounded by a perimeter privacy wall high enough to afford a very private setting but still allowing for the mountain views to be enjoyed from both indoors and out

We all had a great time at this new home with high ceilings, great views and privacy. The house is well equipped with quality items. It is close to great restaurants, hiking and golf.

The home is bright, clean, well stocked with anything you need for a getaway. Well maintained and comfortable. The pool and spa are lovely. The mountain views a bonus, especially with the rising of the moon at night. A mile from great restaurants. Particularly loved the yard gates with their high latches and locks for security. Really appreciated the clear home instructions, Wi-Fi, TVs in all the bedrooms. Thank you! This is just "what the doctor ordered!"

Beautiful peaceful home

We've stayed here twice. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well-located. The pool and spa are lovely. The kitchen is huge and had all that we needed to cook. Trader Joe's and Ralph's grocery stores are nearby. There was a pack-n-play for the baby. The owner is responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back for another relaxing, chill week in this fantastic space.

House and Owner are Gems

Casa Colima, and it's owner Jeff are two rare gems.

We have stayed at Casa Colima for two, one month vacations and we love it!

The home is beautifully appointed, open and spacious and light filled from the moment the sun rises above the mountains. In fact, a unique feature are the high windows which enable you to see mountains from all sides of the home. The large kitchen is fantastic- stocked with every kitchen utensil you could want and it has stunning granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a very pretty view that opens onto the pool, a comfy king size bed and the spacious master bathroom is appointed in granite, with double sinks, jetted bathtub and a large shower. Everything we could want, along with a large walk in closet that will hold any size wardrobe!

The home is located in the unique cove area meaning it is surrounded by mountains making morning walks into the mountains a great way to start the day. It is located close to everything- Olde Town, shopping, golfing, tennis etc and has a great neighbourhood feel to it. It's fun to walk the streets to see the variety of homes and of course, every neighbour will send you a greeting as you pass. In short, everything about this house is lovely.

Jeff, the owner, has provided us with outstanding service over the years. He is immediately reachable if you have any questions and it was simple to make our contractual arrangements from 4,000 miles away. His intent is truly to make you vacation easy and memorable and he provides stellar service along the way. I highly recommend Casa Colima for every special vacation you want to take!
