A perfect townhouse right on the bay on the island of Brigantine. Brigantine Beach is New Jersey's best kept secret with quiet and wide, white sand beaches. Brigantine is ideal for everyone from families who want to escape the crowds of other shore towns to those looking for more fun with Atlantic City right next door over the bridge.
The spacious townhouse is within walking distance of the heart of Brigantine and it's lively restaurants and shops. It is three easy blocks from the beach. The house is three and one-half stories with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus a loft with a bunk bed that can be used as a fourth bedroom. The unit includes a one car garage, private outside parking and a private boatslip with a LOA of up to 30ft. Boats can be docked by providing acceptable boat liability insurance.
The townhouse has two living areas with one located on the ground floor next to the deck and another on the second level adjacent to the large balcony overlooking the bay. There are four TV's with cable television and wifi. The townhouse features a full kitchen with everything you will need. Linens and bath towels are also provided.
Beach access requires local beach tags and we provide 6 tags. Children under 12 do not need tags.
One last thing, children under 12 are required to wear life vests to be around the docks. It is a City requirement and the renter assumes the all responsibility, liability and penalties for failure to comply.
