This charming 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay and the Sea Life Center and 1 street over from downtown shops and restaurants. We are quiet building and observe quiet hours. We have local residents who also live in the building. We provide employment opportunity for a local resident with your cleaning fee. About Shelly Lindell
We love the great Alaskan outdoors. Love to bike, hike, camp, fish, ski snowboard and raft
Shelly Lindell purchased this Apartment in 2017
Why Shelly Lindell chose Seward
it is one of the oldest buildings in Seward and we loved the history and the possibilities to bring it back to life. We have worked hard to provide a nice clean quaint and quiet place to stay. We have local residents in the building who you may run into out and about. Some are born and raised in Seward!!
What makes this Apartment unique
So close to everything! this building was origianlly a boarding house for railroad workers and others in the early 1900's and survived the 1964 earthquake and tsunami.

Quaint, conveniently located get-away from the elements
The owner was especially responsive and helpful and the place is set-up with charm. It offers a great way to explore Seward knowing there's a clean, comfy space to retreat to for the night - perfect for a couple.
Sara was awesome and in my effort to give her 5 stars (the best) I did the opposite so if you see a negative review then disregard, I'm having to removed and replaced with glowing compliments.
Perfectly Suited for Our Needs
My partner and I stayed in this very cute little home in downtown Seward for one night this past summer. We didn't request the wifi code, but connected to the netflix account in the home in the evening. Easy walking distance from all the shops and restaurants downtown, we also walked to where the boats are very easily from this spot. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen/bathroom were just fine!
The only negative was that we weren't crazy about the diffuser smell that was used. With the rain we got during our trip, it made the place seem musty. And we didn't know where extra toilet paper was. A note, the facade was deceiving - we drove right past originally.. Parking was super easy.
Great small apartment! Very clean and walking distance to everything. We would recommend this place others.
Cute and Strategically located in Seward
We enjoyed our stay in Seward. The apartment was small but very clean. The building appears more industrial than we had expected. The owners are hard at work in restoring the building and I am sure they will be successful, if this apartment is any indication. The location was perfect for easy access to several restaurants and shopping.
It was a quiet place but needed wifi.
Cute, but no good views.
Cute, gets the job done but no outdoor patio witha view.
Thank you! You are correct the downstairs unit doesn't have views, but the upstairs one does.
