On the island of Ré in Loix, a charming single storey house of about 110 m² with a fully enclosed sunny garden accommodates up to 7 people.

The main building (90 m²) consists of a large living room including a kitchen redone in September 2017 with noble materials and offering a complete new equipment (fridge-freezer, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher , microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, small appliances), a dining area, a seating area with two sofas, a TV and a DVD player. The night has a corridor serving a double room (bed 160), a room with two beds (one 140 and the other 90), a bathroom and separate toilet.

The annex (20 m²) is composed of a double room (bed 160) and a bathroom.

The outdoor area offers a wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture, an umbrella, deckchairs and a barbecue. It overlooks the beautifully flowered garden with oleanders, hollyhocks, Perennial perennials, an olive tree and a space with sand, reminiscent of the beach that is never far away on the island!

A second courtyard occupied by a magnificent climbing rose allows direct access on foot to the center of the village located 200 m.

These outdoor spaces are surrounded by old stone walls, allowing a stay out of sight ... and sometimes wind.

An outbuilding converted into a laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. An umbrella bed and baby high chair are at your disposal.

Wif free. The parking is private. The reception is personalized.

It is possible to rent the main house alone (capacity of 5 people) or the whole with the annex (capacity 7 people).

Loix is ​​a charming, typical, quiet and family village located off the main roads in the middle of swamps and oyster beds. It is a peninsula on the island that lives all year. Shops are open every day and the market operates every morning during the school holidays and 3 days a week out of season.

For athletes are available a sailing school and a sports center inaugurated in 2015 (2 tennis courts covered clay, 2 outdoors, a mini-tennis, 2 squash courts, a multi-sports ground, a hall intended for gymnastics). Internships are offered during the school holidays.

There are several beaches in Loix. The beach of Grouin accessible in 5 min by bike and other smaller beaches and intimate, secret ... that everyone will discover at the option of ballads.

Mooie ligging

Ligging van de accommodatie is zeer goed, kalm en dichtbij klein centrum.

De tuin is afgesloten en zeer aangenaam.

Heel weinig opbergruimte. Wij hebben het hoofdhuis gehuurd voor 2 personen, indien er echter 5 personen zouden aanwezig geweest zijn zou er een probleem geweest zijn om alle kleren op te bergen, de kleerkasten zijn privé en op slot.

Lumière et espace!

La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse. La cuisine n'est pas très fonctionnelle (mais elle doit être refaite). La terrasse est à l'abri du vent, ce qui est appréciable en période de grand vent!

Le village de Loix est charmant et tous les commerces sont à proximité.

Petit bémol : de nombreux placards sont privés, de ce fait les possibilités de rangement sont limitées. De plus, on a l'impression d'être un peu des intrus....

Par ailleurs, la propreté de la maison (salle de bains) n'était pas totalement satisfaisante

Très agréable séjour dans une maison confortable, calme et décorée avec charme. Grand séjour bien organisé pour y vivre à 7 personnes. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Situation dans Loix proche de commerces.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une maison confortable, propre, décorée avec goût et bien agencée. Seul petit bémol, nous aurions peut-être apprécié, dans la maison principale, que le coin nuit soit séparé par une porte du séjour/cuisine. Nous recommandons cette location.
