APARTMENT: Attached to our home is a private , one-bedroom apartment with separate driveway and back entrance. This apartment is rented out on a yearly lease basis and is not available for use or rent through this website. Kindly respect the privacy of our renter. Please keep yard and porch noise down to talking level after 9:00 p.m. Thank you.
LOCATION: Out of respect for the families in our neighborhood who live next door (and for our full-time renter who lives in the attached separate apartment), we do not allow large parties and ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 p.m.
PETS: Dogs allowed under 20 lbs; larger dogs considered; please pick up after your pets and discard waste in plastic bags. Leave on back porch off of mudroom.
