It has been completely renovated in 2014, ideally located in the heart of the old town, close to the shops, restaurants and beaches.
At the second floor of a 4 floors building with elevator, it is south west exposed.
4/5 persons are welcomed in this 2 rooms appartment of 45 sq meters. There is a large living room with a luxury sofa bed of 140 cm, a 82 cm HD TV, a fully equiped kitchen : fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven.
In the bedroom you will enjoy a 160 x 190 cm bed and a 140 x 190 cm mezzanine bed, both with comfortable new bedding.
The bathroom has a 90 x 90 cm shower base, washbowl and a WC.
Windows have double acoustic glazing and electric shutters.
Illimited internet with wifi access is available for free.
We provide bed linen, towels, drying-up cloth.
Baby furnitures available (bed, seat, bath)

Truly Excellent Vacation Apatment
This apartment has everything we needed for a great vacation. The weekly rate is so generous that one might wonder whether everything would work out. In fact, the apartment and the particulars for booking are all perfect.
Good to know: the market and (alas) the pharmacy are closed on Sundays. Also good to know: the Carrefour has some very good quality local products.

Lovely brand new apartment with nice hosts, who helped with everything. Very central with live music right under the window during the day. At night the place was rather quite. A grocery store very close. All was perfect.

Excellent location in St-Malo. Beautifully renovated apartment in an older building.
You will have all you need in this skillfully renovated apartment with many modern IKEA items and features. Supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are right around the corner. Close the windows if patrons below are too talkative at night and you will sleep like a baby.
A comfortable place from which to visit St. Malo
Everything went as expected. No surprises. The apartment was convenient, clean, modern and Mr. Bousseau was easy to work with. He answered all questions promptly. Everything worked. The bed was comfortable, the towels adequate, the kitchen functional, the shower wonderful. My only suggestion is that some basics, like toilet paper and hand soap would have been convenient, but everything was easily purchased as there is a market just around the corner.
Excellent value / excellent location
I have no hesitation in offering the highest rating to this St. Malo property and it's owner. Correspondence was quickly addressed, Christian was very approachable, payment and logistics were by the numbers and without issue. As for the apartment, it was perfect for our needs. Fantastic location in the heart of Old St. Malo, inside the city walls (aka "intra-muros") - five minutes from wine, cheese, charcuterie, bread, galettes/crepes, seafood, you name it. The apartment is on the second floor of an old building (St. Malo looks old but much of it was destroyed during WWII and subsequently rebuilt) but there is a small elevator to manage your luggage. Climbing the circular staircase provides the typical "French" experience, but opening the apartment door transports you into modern Scandanavia, all new, fresh, and gleaming. Modern furniture and full appliances and kitchen and dining necessities, a washing machine, walk-in shower, heated towel rack.... The apartment would comfortably sleep two adults and a child in the one-bedroom-with-loft. I would change nothing. Side note - intra-muros parking is restricted and as visitors our rental car had to be kept outside the city walls, but it was no problem at all. There's parking all around the outside walls and nothing is more than ten minutes from anywhere inside... plus you get to walk by the great shops. St. Malo is a good "hub" location - we were there for seven nights and rented a car for five, arriving on the TGV from Paris. The train station was a five-minute cab ride from the apartment and our car rental was basically across the street from the train station, so very convenient in all respects. Our days were spent exploring the coastline and villages to the north and to the west, having breakfast and dinner in the apartment and dinner on the road. Perfect, and I suspect that we'll return!
