Lovely sunrises

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and well equipped, the views were very nice. I found it had enough space for the 2 of us, but I feel it would be cramped if there were more. We also enjoyed the smart tv and the options it had for entertainment when the weather was cool. We kept a rolling packsack in our car across the road for heavy items after shopping. We did find the construction noise next to our building very disturbing, hopefully, it will be done soon. The condo could use some updates, but it served us well. I would rent this condo again in future, thanks!

Owner's Response: I do not agree with the 3 Star Rating for the condo. The construction work is NOW finished & was totally out of my control to start with. What may I ask needs to be done for upgrades to the condo it is as you see it in the photos online. This condo deserves a higher rating than 3 stars. Travelers come see it for yourselves.

Beautiful Ocean Front view!

Watch the sunrise over the sea from your balcony! Close to everything. Acceptable place for a short visit or on a budget; however, it does need some updating. As a vacationer you should know that although this will technically sleep 8, the beds are not hotel-quality comfortable and it would be better suited to 4 adults max and up to 4 younger kids. It does the job, but don't expect pillow tops or pamper-worthy amenities. It's an inexpensive ocean front place to stay. Small kids will do fine on the sofa bed and murphy bed. Keep your expectations of "you get what you pay for" and you'll be fine. Kitchen is SMALL, but it shows that in the pictures. Everything was very clean when we arrived and that was much appreciated, but the walls do need some small repairs, touch up and maybe a new coat of paint/carpet. The murphy bed works, but the headboard was broken when we opened it - it didn't affect the mattress or operation of the bed however. The kitchen could definitely use a refresh, but the stove, oven and dishwasher worked fine. There is NO disposal in the sink, so you'll need to clean dishes off in the trash before you put them in the sink. The unit feels more like an inexpensive motel (comparable to a motel 6 in fit and finish) than hotel, but the TVs are flat screen. The whole complex is pretty old, so I think that is part of the challenge. The door chain locks were broken, but it does have a deadbolt that works so we didn't feel unsafe. Overall, it wasn't quite what we were expecting and hoping, but it was affordable and did the job for the most part, again a bit outdated and even musty smelling (a couple of plug in air fresheners made wonders). Brian was great to work with and prompt and attentive to our calls and emails. The pools and grounds are clean and enjoyable. :) One thing to know - you will NOT have access to the Breakers resort Fitness center in an adjacent building. That's only for hotel guests and not off-rental guests, but you will have access to all of the Breaker Resorts pools and that was a plus. The parking lot on the complex grounds is VERY small - maybe 16 car spaces total, but there is additional parking lots and parking garage across the street. It was nice to literally step out onto the beach from the back of the hotel. Keep your expectations low. Again, it's clean, relatively comfortable and affordable. If that's on your check-off list, this will do fine for you.

Owner's Response: Thanks I appreciate the feed back. I did not realize I ordered a home inspection. However most of the issues have been addressed & taken care of. No, this is not a 5 star hotel / Motel. One would have to spend twice to three times as much for a Condo of that nature & not even get a Kitchen. Fortunately there are no issues to keep anyone from having an amazing vacation when staying here. .
