I'm a member of the Arts League of Denver, West Colfax Food Co-Op and attend Fellowship Denver Church when we're in town. We bought this Perry Row townhome (new construction) in December 2017 as a vacation home because of its location near family, proximity to downtown, Sloan's Lake and Park, the mountains, the quality of the development, and fabulous views. We've decided to rent it to others for a few months, when we are not staying there. We enjoy walking to restaurants, Alamo Drafthouse, light rail accessibility to downtown and the mountains while providing local restaurants, entertainment and activities with the open space of the lake and park one block away.
What makes this Townhome unique
Stunning views from the deck, modern design with easy and relaxed living, garage or front door street parking, light rail access. Wood floors in the living areas, plentiful natural light, fabulous kitchen, all the amenities needed for living in a peaceful state of mind. A cleaning and linen change by our housekeeper every two weeks is included.

Maximum of 4 occupants at any one time. Maximum of 8 people on the rooftop deck at any one time.
Practice being a Good Neighbor including quiet and consideration of neighbors especially when enjoying the rooftop deck, as townhomes are adjoining.
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
Lori has done an amazing job with this property. Has everything you need and more. The location is perfect with a grocery store within walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property for a great price
I am still wowed that a property like this is available at this price point. We stayed for a little over 5 weeks with my mom and toddler and it felt like home. The neighborhood is wonderful with the lake and park very close and the finishes are much nicer than most AirBNB properties that I've stayed at over the years. The beds are very comfortable and the towels are nice and fluffy. Lori was very helpful and communicative at making sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything that we needed. It's clear that there is a pride in ownership here and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm here for work. Incredible experience overall!

The townhouse exceeded our expectations in every way!! The owners were a dream to work with and we had a terrific time. The property is new and fresh, very nicely decorated and has every amenity. The location worked perfectly for us as well. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Denver.
Located one block south of Sloan's Lake and Park, a short walk to Alamo Drafthouse, Starbucks and restaurants, a quick light rail trip downtown to Union Station near the Rockies Baseball Stadium, a short drive to Golden, Colorado or into the mountains for hiking and scenic views.
