The photos didn't do the recently renovated apartment justice. We were impressed with the quality of the fit out, use of the courtyard, location and off street car park.
Having 'whole foods' shopping just a few hundred meters away gave some good eating options

We stayed here for a few days while sight-seeing. It was in a great location to hit some of the major sights. We visited the Hollywood sign, Venice Beach and Santa Monica, the Chinese Theatre, and Rodeo Dr in the two full days we had. A Whole Foods is nearby to pick up snacks, breakfast, etc.
The place itself is very clean, with great style. It has all the essentials needed to feel comfortable, from cooking utensils, to silverware and plates/cups. We were able to make use of the washing machine and packed lighter knowing we could wash and re-wear clothes.
The backyard was really cozy, with awesome lighting, and a nice gas fireplace. We caught the lunar eclipse while relaxing in the back. We didn't use the grill, but it was there if needed.
Off-street parking was a huge bonus compared to the hotels in the area!
I would definitely stay here again when visiting LA!

The apartment was perfect for our LA vacation. We did not rent a car; so we did not have to use the designated parking space available at the back side of the apartment. We used Uber extensively and had no problems in finding one from or to the location. There is a Whole Foods store nearby which was very convenient for us to get grocery. The kitchen has everything, utensils and basic cooking stuff(oil, salt, coffee, tea, spices) that we needed to make some breakfast and dinner. The bathroom was very clean. There were extra towels, bedsheet, pillows in the closets. Overall, we had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting LA to stay here.
