Our Cottage Stay

  • 5 of 5

Very nice people to deal with. The house was clean and well equiped. The views were beautiful, we had a great time. The friends we came with loved it so much they have already reserved the cottage for next year. The beach is clean and well suited for young children.

A Dream Come True

  • 5 of 5

The pictures do not capture the beauty of the location and the house. My family of 4 stayed in the house along with another couple. We were in town for a wedding in the area so we wanted to make sure were weren't cramped up in a hotel room. The place was magnificent! The kitchen had everything and was very large with plenty of counter and storage space. The back porch and beach were amazing. Large enough for the kids to have a great time while the adults relaxed and enjoyed the view. We did take the canoe and paddle boat out for a spin, the lake was beautiful. There is even a hammock and bench swing hung from the trees. The bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were very well done. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Only problem-to many rocks in water

  • 5 of 5

Other than rocks/shells in water which made walking tough to get to float, you couldn't ask for a better home and customer relations with owner. Just bring water shoes and all set! Beautiful, peaceful and perfect place to unwind

Just got home from a weeks rental. From the time of booking, the owners were very easy to deal with. They returned our emails promptly when we had questions, before and during the stay.

Upon arrival, was amazed by the condition of the home, plenty of parking for multiple cars and a boat trailer. The grounds were very well kept and there was a great fire pit. The yard was also complimented by lawn chairs and a hammock.

The homes interior was pristine clean!!! Not a thing was out of place or even dusty. You could tell right away that the place was brand new.

The kitchen was huge. Big enough for multiple people to help with the cooking and after dinner clean up without bumping into each other. It was very well equipped with plates, silver ware, and cooking needs.

The rest of the house also provided very large rooms with plenty of space.

The home also provided other items like games, books, and even binoculars to use to watch the loons as they swam by.

The beach area was clean and well kept. The view looking out from the rear of the home was stunning and could be enjoyed from indoors thanks to the open concept. The water was clean and weed free. The sand was mildly mucky after you cleared the dock but it didn't stop my kids a bit. The water is also very shallow until you get out a bit, but it is perfect if you have small children.

The area provided plenty to do with a 10 minute drive to Wolfboro where there ample stores and restaurants. There is also tons of hiking in the area and the home had a trail guide for reference.

If scheduling permits, I will certainly return.

Perfect in every way

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this rental is just perfect! The house has everything you need, it's very clean, has a great yard and beautiful views of the lake! The screened in porch was so nice for breakfast and dinner. The beach is very nice and perfect for families with young children. Our 3 and 6 year old loved building sand castles, swimming and fishing. Having access to a canoe and rowboat was great, the fishing was simply amazing! The lake is very quiet and private, we will definitely miss the loons, ducks and bald eagles. We are already making plans to come back next year! Thanks again!

What a spot! Very quiet, relaxing and perfect for young children. Nice sandy spot to play in, hammock and swing charming.... The home is sweet and clean. We would love to plan another stay! We have stayed in approximately 10 other rentals. This is the first one we would love to return to!

We have a beautiful spot, that is quiet as well as private. There is a beautiful child safe sandy beach which you can see your children off the deck or from the living room. We have a great screen porch to relax and read or just eat dinner in. Our house has an open concept with the living room and kitchen opens up to each other so when you are cooking you can still be a part of the crowd. The living room has x-large slider leading out to the deck on the front of the house and on the side leading out to the screen porch there are double sliders that open so wide its like having extra living space. Outside has a great yard for games or relax on the double swing or the hammock overlooking the water.
