Family of 5 who love the Vineyard. We have been going to the Vineyard for the last 30 years and find the Island to be magical. We enjoy our house and like to share it with others when we cannot use. We live outside of Boston.
Sharon purchased this house in 2010
We just finished our 4th year in a row renting this great house. It is perfect for our family of five. The house is immaculate. Location is great. It is a short drive to South Beach, downtown Edgartown, the fish market and Stop and Shop. Long Point (our favorite beach and place in general) is about 20 minutes away by car. Each bedroom has a flat panel TV as does the living room. The deck is spacious and the outdoor shower is very refreshing after a day at the beach. The house has a new owner who has made some nice improvements to the property including new living room furniture, the flat screen televisions, a new clothes washer and some nice artwork. The bikes (three for adults and two for young children) are a nice touch as well. The home also comes with beach chairs and games for the yard and beach. This is an affordable and extremely clean and comfortable property. We look forward to coming back next year.
