If you're a history buff this red brick Federal style home is for you. It is within the historic district of downtown Murfreesboro. The Coy Dunson,named after my grandmother is a downstairs apartment that features a large private bedroom, living room, kitchen and quaint bathroom.
It has 2 private entrances, side yard with cafe table and chairs, big windows, lots of light, and high ceilings. The yard is big and has plenty of green space for kids to run around. Private entrance is handicap accessible.
There will always be something special awaiting you upon arrival,and fresh fruit in season & water .
