All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full duration of the reservation. Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged with any other person. The private house is located within the Villas of South Padre, a gated oceanfront subdivision with a community pool. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has a very bright, open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, and is fully stocked with all kitchenware needed to make a tasty home-cooked meal while on vacation!

Whether you're traveling with family, a group of friends, or looking for a luxury home for a romantic getaway, you and your guests will love staying at this rental. The master suite features a King size bed, very large flat screen TV, access to a private balcony and a living area with its own loveseat and couch. The en-suite bathroom has an deep soaking tub, plus a large walk-in shower and a double vanity with plenty of counter spaces. Guests also have the choice of a second bedroom, equipped with a Queen size bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom, or the 3rd guest bedroom, featuring two twin beds.

This home is conveniently located within walking distance of local attractions and entertainment, like Sea Turtle Rescue, South Padre Island Nature and Birding Center and Texas' biggest beach bar Clayton's. Enjoy Clayton's firework display from the beach every Friday and Saturday from memorial day to labor day. The Villas of South Padre is a gated community with 24 hour security, ensuring a safe friendly environment, and has its own private beach access!

Excellent place to stay with family.

The townhome surpassed our expectations. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. The smooth tile floors were easy to clean. The walk to the beach is lovely. The gate staff is friendly. Washer/dryer really helped (bring own soap and dryer sheets). The hammock in back was so comfy. The huge dining table was big enough for board games AND dinner! I could go on and on. If we come back to SPI, we will stay here again!

Vacation 2023

We liked the property, especially as it is near the beach, and the community pool, tennis courts, and kids playground. It is good for large families or groups, with spacious and open living areas. The room with three twin beds has one with an uncomfortable mattress. Otherwise, we were pleased with the stay.

Great place to stay!

My family enjoyed 6512 BayView for our Christmas vacation. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. SPI Rentals is always accommodating and professional. Would recommend this company if you're looking for a rental on South Padre Island.

Clean but too close to Holiday Inn Pool

Overall the property was clean and property management was responsive. The property is located within a gated community and you and your guest will be asked to wear wrist bands during the entire stay. The biggest negative I have is that the Holiday Inn Pool area is located directly in front of the townhome and the pool remains opens until 11PM. However, I heard loud music as late as 3AM. Be sure to brings ear plugs if you are going be staying in the Master Bedroom which is nearest to the Holiday Inn Pool area. My second complaint is the roaches. The place wasn’t infested, but I saw at least 2 to 3 roaches as day, which to me personally is a big turn-off. Otherwise, beach private beach access is close and the community pool was nice.
