Position close to the beach quieter end of town.

Great position and no parking fees opposite the beach. Daily bed and parasol from €4.50.

The apartment was clean and had a fantastic south West balcony.

Our criticism is that both bathrooms where tiny, and I mean tiny. And the double bed was a small double and furniture had covers over them which suggests they had seen better days, Which altogether let down a lovely apartment.

Another niggle is paying extra for wifi and TV channels, and heating or air-conditioning all extras. Either have them or don't, but don't get your guests to pay for it. But surely to pay extra for aircon or heating i see as a basic necessity. Equally not sufficient hot water if there is more than ONE PERSON. Recommend that you eat opposite in the Madrid Restaurant get their wifi code as it reaches the apartment.

On the plus. Train to Los Boliches from the airport €2.80, beach, excellent restaurants close by. Sunny aspect.

If your prepared to overlook the niggles then look no further.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback, it is always appreciated. I agree that the balcony is fantastic with sun from sunrise to sunset. Regarding your other comments. The bathrooms are small but clean and bright with up to date fittings. The furniture is covered for guests to be able to sit and relax without worrying about the furniture when coming back from time spent by the pool or on the beach wearing sun cream. The furniture was replaced just last year so I have to disagree with you that the covers suggested they had seen better days, if you had only taken a look underneath. I am sure everyone would cover a new sofa under the same circumstances. We always try to offer what guests are seeking and for the last few years Wi-Fi and cable TV has been a priority for some. There are however others who prefer not to be connected while on holiday. We decided it was unfair to the guests who want a quiet relaxing time away from technology to build the cost into the rental rate - they would be paying for something they did not use, hence the supplement for those who wish to use it. The meter on the air-conditioning is there to encourage guests to be responsible with it. Used responsibly it is not expensive to operate. With out the pay meters we find that some guests leave the machines on all day whilst out leaving windows open in the apartment. This is bad for the environment, the motors and the cost with high charges we pay for electricity here in Spain. I hope my response to your review has gone someway to explain our point of view. Fantastic stay

Hi Jackie,

We stayed in Ronda 2, apartment 1E last week.

I just wanted to let you know that we thought the accommodation was fantastic.

When we arrived, there were things in the apartment that we didn't expect to be there for example washing up liquid, paper towel, tea towels e.t.c. Paul met us there and he was very friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with the water on our first morning and Paul was with us within 30 minutes to investigate. It turned out it was a problem with the whole building and it was resolved within about an hour but we were reassured that if we had any other problems he was on hand.

The air con was brilliant, the cupboard space was excellent, the beds were really comfortable and the decor was tidy. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils e.t.c, we really felt like it was a home from home.

We have stayed in various apartments in the same area over the last 12 years and this was by far the best experience we've had.

location, location, location

Well appointed spacious apartment. Great location. No need for car, we used train from the airport and return which was very easy. People watch from your own balcony. Resort amenities on your doorstep. Would have given 5 stars except furnishings are a little dated.

semaine idyllique avec vue sur mer à FUENGIROLA Andalousie

Avions loué du 26 dec au 04 janv 2016 appartement pour deux couples. Idéalement situé face à la mer 1er étage balcon sur deux façades,deux chambres de dimension très correctes deux salles de bain toilettes un peu petites mais chaque couple a son intimité.

Cuisine parfaitement équipée salon .La mer à moins de 50 m le paséo à 30 m

Des restaurants sur le paséo le parking sécurisé; vraiment une location que je recommande .Nous pensons y revenir pour plus de temps d ailleurs.tres bon contact avec Jackie la personne qui s occupe des locations. Appartement très bien équipé lave vaisselle lave linge sèche linge seul bémol l absence de l aspirateur et le mauvais état des poêles en cuisine

je recommande vraiment cette location
