Neat refurbished Brownstone
This 2 story apt. was perfect for our family of 3 and small dog! Loved all the updates, and separate upstairs/downstairs. Apartment was clean. Urban area, that was handy to some activities we were doing. All the contemporary updates in unit are a nice blend with the old home. This was once one larger home, now split into 3 or 4 apartments. No noise, concerns with other renters. Only saw someone departing one morning. The furnishings are all in very good condition, and the beds are very comfortable. Linens are nice quality, including towels. Susan was very informative and easy to communicate with. Friendly hostess, she even provides coffee. We would stay here again if returning to Louisville and in need of pet friendly rental.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!
This apartment is beautiful! Well-appointed and conveniently located. We also loved having off-street parking. Everything was super clean, and we had plenty of fluffy towels, wash cloths, blankets and pillows. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. Most important, Susan was so responsive and attentive--she made sure that we had everything we needed so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful city of Louisville KY!!
This place made me want to move to Louisville! I loved this apartment and didn't want to leave. It was an amazing location with many things to do and places to eat and drink well within walking distance. We were able to take an Uber anyplace we wanted to go as everything was so close it was super affordable to do so. The property owner is very nice and super responsive. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Cannot say a bad thing about it! If you are taking a trip to Louisville, I would highly recommend staying here.
Historic Butchertown is quickly becoming on of the hottest new spots in Louisvile to work and play! It has seen a great deal of revitalization in the past few years, including the expansion of Waterfront Park, Louisville Slugger Field and the new soccer stadium that soon be built. There are restaurants, pubs, antique shops, art galleries and restaurants galore! The Big Four railroad bridge in the adjacent waterfront park has been converted into the longest pedestrian-only bridge in the world and is just out our back door!
