Awesome for Old Town, Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, & Kafka Statue but it's above a bar/ restaurant

Our family (2 parents and 2 college children) just returned from 5 days in Prague at this property - we had a wonderful time sightseeing and eating / drinking (Kampa Park was expensive but a delight for food, service and the view ).

Also highly recommend the Lobkowicz Palace, perhaps my favorite guided audio tours of all time

The key thing to understand about this property is that it is directly above a bar and a restaurant. If you visit in the summer when you need to keep the windows open to cool the apartment during the night to sleep, you'll listen to the city. Remember that Prague is perhaps the world's best "party" city - we fully enjoyed watching the Euro Cup Final in the bar below us until long after midnight - drinking, chatting, cheering with the crowd. The next night, we wanted to crash at 11PM but the city around us was in full swing, including the recycling truck and its compatriot the trash truck - you can imagine the racket.

The other thing to keep in mind when viewing pictures of all properties is that the properties have been "staged." They represent a one-time perfection. This apartment was well worn and could use some typical maintenance - nothing serious just well worn.

We would not return to this apartment in the summer though we would consider it in the winter.

The management company was well organised, prompt to respond to a maintenance request, and was quite helpful with airport transportation (both directions the driver was waiting for us and was easy to identify).

Posizione ottimale per visitare il centro città di Praga

Ottima posizione, adatto a famiglia. L'arredamento non è proprio come da foto, molto datato.

Camera e bagno puliti ma non possiamo dire la stessa cosa della cucina, infatti abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori.

Appartement in Prag

In der Wohnung war es stickig und es roch, als hätten die Vormieter geraucht. Es gibt nur ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, die restlichen Einzelbetten sind in der Wohnung verteilt. Die Wohnung lies sich nicht abschließen. Es gab nur ein Duschhandtuch pro Person, dass ist für eine Woche zu wenig. Außerdem war es ziemlich dreckig! Der Anzünder für den Gasherd hat nicht funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt, es sind aber nur 4 Stühle vorhanden. Der Fernseher ging nicht. Die Matratzen und Polster waren fleckig. Der Föhn war mit Klebeband zusammen gehalten. Im Hochsommer ist es sehr warm, da es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist. Das Appartement liegt zwar schön zentral (3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Markt) aber es lag direkt über einer Gaststätte.
