Comfortable house composed of an old stone part, an extension and a veranda. The garden is fully enclosed.
By car, you will be 20 minutes from the corsair city of Saint Malo, 10 minutes from the medieval city of Dinan and its river port, 10 minutes from the castle of Combourg where lived Chateaubriand, 35 minutes from Rennes and 40 minutes Mont Saint Michel.
The house is built around an old village bakery. The architectural project has integrated a modern extension while highlighting the existing assets. So the house combines the charm of old stones and requirements of modern comfort. It offers beautiful volumes and many points of light (glass, portholes, veranda).
Located in a village and with a walled garden, it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay. On foot, you will be close to two beautiful forests (Mesnil forest and Coëtquen forest) full of history and legend (dolmen of Tressé, feudal mounds, Castle Coëtquen with its legend of Patira, castle of Chesnaie where lived Lamennais).
The house is on two levels. On the ground floor you will have a kitchen, a dining area (above which a beautiful glass roof provides a magnificent light), a lounge located in the old bakery (where you can still see the entrance of the bread oven), a veranda. A hallway will lead you to private areas (bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet with sink, cupboards, wardrobes, mirrors) and a wooden staircase that leads to the floor. The floor consists of two bedrooms and a toilet with sink. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep two more people.
