AMAZING VIEW AND ATMOSPHERE!

The condo is sweet and decorated nicely. Very comfortable for 2 families with kids. The bunk bed room is an absolute bonus and makes is so much easier for sleeping arrangements with the kids. Our favorite part was the huge balcony and the sunsets. I would go back any day to this condo no matter what season it is. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy resort style in US. The pools and grounds of the complex were nice, clean and well kept. Beach access super easy and convenient. Rent it you won't regret it trust me.

Spectacular view...Very nice condo with tons of room...Very clean...Awesome pool...Beach access within steps ....Property owner was great withings everything.....My family and I will definitely call owner back for another stay next year.....exceeded our expectations!!!!!!!!

Beach trip

The property was very neat and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. My kids love the pool and we loved it being just steps from the beach. The owner was very cooperative in helping us set up our trip.

Breath Taking View

The view over looking the pool and beach is breath taking! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The parking is on the same floor and only 2 spots away from the main entry door. We will be staying here again!!

The refundable damage deposit is subject to change.
We have an assigned parking space for this unit on the same floor of the unit( 5th floor) very close to the main entrance.
All the daily and weekly guests have to pay $35 a day ,amenity fees for this unit to the front desk upon arrival.( Per unit, per day, not per person ). The rate during winter is much less.
The parking pass and guest wrist bands are included in the amenity fees.
We have no pet and no smoking policy for this unit. No Exceptions....!!!!
Smoking in the unit and evidence of pets will forfeit the refundable deposit.
Please adhere to all the housekeeping rules or we will charge an additional cleaning fee.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
