It has a living room opening onto a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette, open to the living room, 7 beds, divided into 2 closed bedrooms (one with 1 bed 140, the other with a bed of 140 and 90) and a mezzanine with 2 beds of 90, a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath / shower / sink. Facilities: flat screen TV, radio, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner, plenty of storage and 3 closets, ski locker in the basement. Amenities: private outdoor parking in front of the residence. Close to shops and restaurants in the main street. Spa town offering a high level of care and cure, playful thermal pool. Half an hour from Spain. In summer many hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, tree climbing, water sports (canoeing, canyoning, rafting ...). In winter close to the gondola to access the ski area of ​​Saint Lary / Espiaube (other ski resorts within an hour's drive)

C'est un bel appartement dans un immeuble tranquille et très bien situé près du centre du village.

Appartement bien équipé et bien situé par rapport au centre du village, très lumineux et ensoleillé. Accès aux pistes par télécabine à 500m de la résidence environ. Disponibilité et bon Accueil par les propriétaires.
