Lovely house, with 170 m² of living space, 4 facades, not overlooked, on a 1000 m² plot with trees and an 8 x 4 m pool. The charm of old and modern designs combines on a green setting in the heart of Vallespir. Sleeping capacity: 8 people + 2 baby cots available. The ground floor is an 80 m² large space opened to the south, with one kitchen, a lounge and a dining room, combining tradition and modernity. On the first floor, there are two 12 m² south-facing bedrooms, a 42 m² bathroom with shower. On the second floor, a 36 m² large open space with one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and a desk. A 30 m² dependency can be arranged as a sleeping studio: Living area, Bathroom with shower, WC, a small detached terrace. The1000 m² garden with trees has an 8 x 4 m fenced pool, a large deck, loungers, an irrigation channel and a built-in barbecue. Completely fenced, not overlooked, the garden has space for parking several vehicles. The southern part is ideal for outdoor activities, with a beautiful dining area under the shade of the mimosa, the lawn, the swimming pool, the barbecue. Garden and pool maintenance included on the price.

The house is ideally located between the sea and the mountain, at just 1h 40 from Barcelona, at 30 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes away from Perpignan, in Vallespir (hikes, horseback riding, agrotourism, balneotherapy, golf, wake-board park, tree climbing). The village of Céret is 7 minutes away by car (very bustling village, with a Museum of Modern Art, market on Saturday morning). Shops nearby.

Why Rocca chose Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda

We are leaving the region for business reasons, but we want to keep our house, which is very important for us. We acquired it on 2006 and have renovated it. We will keep it as a holiday house, outside the rentals periods.

What makes this house unique

It is located on a green setting, with view over the mountains. The house is located on a sparsely populated residential area with easy access. During the renovation, we have combined modernity with tradition by adding an extension that offers a large living space which opens into the garden. Not overlooked, with a charming outdoor area, with shaded and sunny areas, a large garden table under the huge mimosa, where you can have meals and barbecues (close to the barbecue) with you family and friends. There are many possible sleeping arrangements available. The 30 m² dependency with bathroom and WC is ideal for a couple with one children, total quiet.
