Detached annexe of a beautiful old property, located 1500 m away from the village.

It benefits from a separate entrance, this is a large house that was just fully renovated (that is why the listing was delayed)

120m² of living area, consists of 2 levels that fit the slope of the terrain.

On the ground floor you will find the living room, the dining room and the open plan kitchen.

You will have the option to enjoy: the equestrian centre reachable by foot from the house, beaches (6 km away), many golf courses, the artistic richness of the surroundings (FondationMaeght in Saint Paul, Fondation Emile Hugues in Vence, The Matisse Museum, Renoir, Chagall, Léger, etc. But mostly, discover the beauty of the hinterlands, its the nature, its heritage, its small high villages, etc.

Lovely House, Lovely Setting

Isabelle & Pierre greeted us very warmly on arrival. The house we rented being for a week from 6 June 2015, this being situated by the side of Isabelle and Pierre’s home.

The rental house is well equipped and tastefully decorated, with stunning views over the valley and up to the very pretty village of St Paul De Vence, nothing overlooks the property. It has a huge garden that seems to stretch for miles!

In an ideal position for exploring the Cote D’azur. Isabelle provided some excellent suggestions for places to visit, that were not contained in any guidebook.

For those who enjoy good food and fine wine this is an excellent area to stay in.

Isabelle & Pierre made us feel very much at home here. This is a very unique and beautiful place to stay to feel the true vibe of St Paul de Vence. The house has great outside space with BBQ and great views of the valley towards the village which is

2 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk. The house is very comfortable and well equipped.

Excellente

Si la région vaut le détour, il en va de même des propriétaires, Isabelle et Pierre Lafitte.

Leur sens de l'hospitalité, leur gentille et leur sourire ont contribué à la réussite de nos vacances.

Leur maison est idéalement située, à un jet de pierre de Saint-Paul, à quelques minutes de la plage de Cagnes et à proximité de Nice et de Grasse. Elle présente en outre toutes les commodités nécessaires.

Bref, une adresse à visiter ou à revisiter.

Mooie tuin en huis met mooi uitzicht!

Mooie woning, goede bedden, mooie tuin!! en mooi uitzicht.. Zeer aardige eigenaren en erg behulpzaam. Schone woning, op zich goed onderhouden. Er zijn wel muggen in de zomer toen wij er waren maar met muggenstekkers en/of eventueel een net voor de ramen is het goed te doen. Muisstil is het niet toen wij er in de drukke zomervakantie periode waren (doorgaande route aan de verre overkant konden wij horen 's avonds/ 's ochtends met open raam) maar echte stilte is in de hoogzomer vakantietijd alleen hoog in de bergen te vinden.. Zeker niet een reden om niet terug te komen dus, heerlijke vakantie gehad! Aanrader is de Chapel de Folon in Saint Paul de Vence, net als het museum dat erbij hoort (leuk voor kinderen ook) en natuurlijk Fondation Maeght iets hogerop.

Einfach große Klasse!

Durch die vielen positiven Bewertungen waren wir sehr gespannt, ob das Haus und die Umgebung auch den Beschreibungen entspricht.

Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Perfekt für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Der Garten ist fantastisch und man hat einen umwerfenden Blick ins Tal und auf St Paul.

In der nahen Umgebung haben wir alles gefunden, was ein Herz des Urlaubers begehrt. Der saubere öffentliche Strand ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und ist mit allem nötigen wie Parkmöglichkeiten, Duschen, Snacks ausgestattet. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe der Städte wie Nizza, Cannes, Antibes ist ein Eintauchen in Großstadtatmosphäre jeder Zeit möglich. Wenn man aber genug von dem Trubel, historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shoppen und Bestaunen der Jachthäfen hat, kann man sich wunderbar in den kleinen Städtchen auf den Hügeln im Hinterland in den gemütlichen Restaurants von den exzellenten französischen Köchen verwöhnen lassen. Für die Bespaßung der Kinder kann man auch einiges finden. Oder einfach einen ruhigen Tag im Haus, auf der Terrasse oder im Garten mit einem Buch verbringen.

Das einzig Störende waren die fiesen kleinen Moskitos, die einen fast unhörbar gepiesackt haben. Aber mit ausreichend Mückenspray war es kein Problem.

Die besondere Atmosphäre des Hausse und die fantastische Gastfreundlichkeit von Isabelle und Pierre haben es uns sehr schwer gemacht, das Haus nach 2 Wochen wieder zu verlassen.

Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen!
