The apartment's building entrance is just around the corner from the Cambridge Parkside Coach stop that comes and goes from Stansted Airport very frequently. There is also very good accessibility to the Science Park, business parks, and public golf courses.
I'm a well travelled woman who always appreciated quality, cleanliness, value for money and a good customer service. These are my fundamental expectations when I rent a place and I have made it my priority to provide such assurances to those who stay at Parkside Place.

I purchased this property before it was built because I instantly saw the quality and unique features this central apartment would have. Now that it is built I am extremely happy with the apartment and intend to live in it myself in the future. For now, however, I know that those who stay at Parkside Place will see what I saw when they come and enjoy all the unique and beautiful benefits it has to offer.
I have decorated and fitted this brand new apartment with the intention of making anyone who stays feel at home whilst they are away. Also including all the vital modern necessities that we take for granted at no extra costs.
This property in my view is the best location in Cambridge, walking distance to every place of interest, from the university colleges, shopping centres, museums, restaurants, bars and one of the landmark parks in Cambridge (Parker's Piece), whilst also only around the corner from the train and bus stations that go to and from any city or airport.
Our time in the apartment was fully enjoyable. The apartment is beautifully outfitted and very comfortable. Its a short 10 minute walk to the center of town. Would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

A brilliant location and apartment.
The condo is well located, beautifullly furnished, and with a wonderful terrace for viewing the green. The bathroom was largw and fulky remodeled. The unit had everything we could have asked for including parking and security. We could walk anywhere we needed to go in Cambridge. Our over all stay was fabulous!
Me and my son visited Cambridge for a few days and this apartment had the best location! The apartment is in excellent condition (mint), very clean and well-maintained, and everything was in order. The owner provides us an excellent customer service. I strongly recommend this property!!!
The view from the apartment is tremendous, you can sit for hours watching Cambridge residents enjoy themselves on Parkers Piece.

We visited our son who was studying/working in Cambridge. We stayed at the condo for 16 days and loved the location. It is a newer property with a real beautiful picture window of Parker's Piece. We enjoyed drinking a glass of wine on the balcony and watching all the activity go by. For ethnic restaurants as well as Pubs there are many within walking distance specially on Mills Road. There is parking in the garage. The unit is well equipped and roomy for 2 people and for a short stay the European kitchen was nice. We would stay here again.
Being in the centre of Cambridge means that everything is within walking distance from the apartment:
Various University of Cambridge colleges such as Emmanuel,Downing,Corpus Christi ,Peterhouse, Jesus, Queens , St John's, Darwin, Kings,St Catherine's, Claire, and Hughes Hall to name just a few that are very close.
Other popular tourist sights include the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge University Botanic Garden, King's College Chapel, Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, Sedgwick Museum of Earth Sciences and the River Cam (with numerous punting tour companies).
Parkside Place is also extremely close and walking distance to other Academic facilities such as Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge Ruskin International College, The Stephen Perse Foundation, Dept of Chemistry (University of Cambridge), Dept of Earth Sciences (University of Cambridge), Dept of Plant Science (University of Cambridge), Dept of Genetics (University of Cambridge), Dept of Pathology (University of Cambridge) and the Dept of Biochemistry (University of Cambridge).
Close-by are numerous other amenities and services including many historic pubs, top restaurants, bars, clubs, Parkside Pools, Kelsey Kerridge gym, Parker's Piece, Jesus Green, Midsummer Common, two shopping centres (The Grand Arcade and The Grafton Centre), and numerous theatres.
Tesco Supermarket is walking distance from the apartment.
Addenbrooke's Hospital is close-by, and the Police and Fire Station are next door so security is not at all an issue.
