A 36m 2 bedroom apartment wifi very close to lifts bars and restaurants

36m apartment located near to airport shuttle bus stop, opposite ski lifts and the tourist office (which also issues ski lift passes), restaurants ski school and ski hire. Shops and supermarkets (Casino, Super U, Carrefour, Spar) are a few minutes away.

The 3rd floor apartment is serviced by an elevator which is directly opposite the front door

The centrally heated apartment has recently been renovated and features 2 bedrooms, family bathroom with a studio kitchen dinner.

Bedroom 1 double bed private balcony and wardrobe

Bedroom 2 double bed with a single bunk

Lounge dining area with individual balcony features sofa bed that can either sleep 2 singles or act as a double. The table has 2 benches and seats 6

Entertainment features a large HD TV with DVD player, there is a radio CD player and if you have any a cassette player, there is also an ipad dock, wifi is available a code is located in the apartment. There are a number of books board games and DVDs.

The kitchen has a microwave oven ceramic hob and standard electrical equipment

The bathroom features a bath with a screened shower with ample hot water.

The ground floor has a secure ski locker.

There are security doors to both the front and back of the apartment block.

Free barrier controlled parking is available.

About Martyn Pegg

Lek and Martyn now live in Romsey Lek is originally from Thailand Martyn from Portsmouth. We ski most years and tried Les Deux Alpes this year. We liked it so much we decided to buy. The trip from the ferries or Calais is shorter than many other ski resorts and not so tiring easily done in a day, we use the Portsmouth Le Havre crossing which gives a good night sleep and an early start with good luck you will be in apartment by 18:00

Why Martyn Pegg chose Les Deux Alpes

It is a friendly warm and cosy with lots of cupboard spaces for all you might want to bring especially on the first trip when you bring to much, the kitchen is well appointed, we have reduced the size of the bedrooms and increased the size of the lounge area. The second bedroom has a single bunk for those that like to sleep in the air there is also a double bed below. The sofa can be 2 singles or a double, so opportunities for a number of different sleeping arrangements There is a free secure car park. Ski Lifts are available on both main pistes. Ski in when snow conditions permit The noisier apreski bars are down the road so it is quiet

Very Nice appartment, we had a good week there. Almost ski in ski out. But som street noice at night . And a bigger bed would had been nice.

Appartement très bien

Appartement très sympa situé en entrée de station, au calme et près de tout. Conforme à l'annonce, il est grand, bien agencé, tout y est neuf et super propre, parfait pour un séjour avec enfant. Les propriétaire ainsi que leur contact sur place, sont très sympathiques, accueillants et sérieux.

Très bon séjour; j'y retournerais sans soucis...

Excellent appartement!!!

Je conseille vivement cet appartement, très bien situé dans la station à proximité des 1ères remontées.

De plus il est très bien agencé, propre et dispose de 2 chambres ce qui permet une certaine intimité en cas de location à 6.

Je tiens à préciser que bien que les propriétaires soient anglais, cela n'a posé aucun souci dans les démarches et dans l'organisation bien que je ne parle pas anglais. De plus l'accueil à notre arrivée a été parfaite.

Vous apprécierez sans souci votre séjour dans cette excellente station familiale.

The 3rd floor apartment building is located in the quieter part of town opposite ski lifts and the tourist office (which also issues ski lift passes), restaurants ski school and ski hire. Shops and supermarkets (Casino, Super U, Carrefour, Spar) are a few minutes away. ATMs, post office and other regular amenities are all within short walking distance The ground floor has a secure ski locker. Free barrier controlled parking is available.The airport shuttle bus stop is located outside for those flying in.

A local free bus service runs from outside the apartment and can take you to all parts of Les Deux Alpes. A daily bus service also runs to L'Alpe-d'Huez

Glacier tours including a trip in a Snowcat is very reasonably priced and offers a truly wonderful panoramic viewing and photographic opportunities to stand on top of the world and you don't need to ski there.

In the evening there are frequent impromptu gatherings at bars where local DJs play music to suit modern tastes.

If that's not for you and you still crave excitement then a trip on a Snowmobile either in daylight or for that extra bite of excitement at night.

If you prefer to walk then snow shoes are easily available and set paths are designated.

Many types of food are on offer from a Pizza delivery service to a 3 course meal in almost any style. For those who just want a quiet drink or to listen to music or just get on line there are many cafes and bars, the Motown, Windsor Pub to name but a few.

The price is include meet and greet and after stay cleaning, Payment of €100 on arrival to our key holder take it from the rental price.

The 350 euro deposit will be collected on arrival by my agent in the village, & refunded on departure once the apartment has been checked.
