House in duplex (about 120 m ²) entirely renovated inside and outside, very well insulated and with very nice benefits - high standing:
- Floor day: large living room kitchen very bright with 3 windows facing south and west with 2 large balconies one of which can put a table to eat outside; living room equipped with TV (Led-102 cm), WI-FI (up to 5 simultaneous connections) and blue ray DVD player, a large table for 6 to 8 people; fully equipped kitchen (great benefits) with high-end appliances: large fridge / freezer, dishwasher ultra silent, gas stove with multifunction oven, microwave oven, hood, marble worktop, small kitchen appliances (coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer ...); beautiful bathroom equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
- Floor night: 3 large bedroom on parquet chestnut equipped with balconies (1 bedroom with sea view) for 6 quality beds (2 double beds and 2 single beds); pillows and duvets provided (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases to bring but possibility of rent at the rate of 8 to 12 € per bed / week); beautiful bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC (possibility of rental of bath sets: bath towel + bath towel + 2 washcloths at a rate of 6 € per person / week).

Crossing smuggler (boat) to reach the city center of Sables d'Olonne in less than 5 minutes.

Charges included tariff. A deposit of 60% of the total booking (Cheques not accepted holidays). Lease. Deposit: security deposit of € 1,000 (not cashed and returned by mail to 1 week after departure).
Possibility cleaning fee at € 30 tariff to 80 € depending on the number of people and length of stay.
