Rent T2 completely new completely renovated by an architect during the first quarter of 2014 and finished in June 2014, located on the 2nd floor of a building in the heart of the corsair city and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is 164 meters from Bon Secours beach, 150 meters from the cathedral and in the immediate vicinity of historical monuments, museums, art galleries and restaurants.

Sports & Adventure Activities
Terrific location in the heart of the city
Staying in this lovely apartment makes visiting St Malo really special. Being centrally located in the old city allows for quiet walks through the streets long after the visitors have left. We were a little nervous driving into the city to unload the car but Liliane's directions were accurate and easy to follow. She also arranged very reasonably priced secure underground parking just outside the city walls.
If we are fortunate to visit this wonderful city in the future we will be sure to try and book this apartment again
A Delightful Stay
Everything was perfect: great central location, apartment well equipped, beautifully clean and quiet at night. Saint Malo is gorgeous.

Lovely apartment conveniently located to beach and restaurants
The spacious apartment has been updated using high quality materials. The French doors let in light and air. It is hard to believe how close to the beach it is as well as close to restaurants. I really appreciated the location. The WIFI connection was excellent and there was everything I needed. The cork screw was of a type I didn't know how to use but I bought another one at Carrefour and left it so subsequent renters will have a choice. It was so convenient to be able to wash clothes--I didn't notice the drying rack until my clothes were already dry but there is one. I was very comfortable in the apartment or on the balcony when I wasn't out exploring St. Malo and the environs. The people at the tourist office were super helpful. There is an abundance of restaurants with a variety of prices and menus. I recommend L'Abinsthe, La Duchesse Anne, L'Aquarelle, and Cafe de L'Ouest. There are many restaurants by St. Vincent gate but I enjoyed the area around Marche aux Legumes. After dinner I would walk the ramparts and watch the sunset. Be sure to get a copy of the brochure of Saint-Malo and scenic walks. I took advantage of two of the itineraries, one by renting a bike from velos.malouins. Liliane was very responsive to emails. I really appreciated her meeting me at the train station and taking me to the apartment as well as taking me back to the train station when I left. I do speak some French but Liliane speaks plenty of English. All in all, staying in the apartment was an excellent experience that I highly recommend.
Delightful apartment in Saint-Malo
My Saint-Malo visit was for one week. I found the apartment to be perfectly equipped and extremely clean with all new furnishings. It is in a very convenient location, and Liliane was most accommodating. I highly recommend her little apartment, and hope to stay there again one day.
Wonderful stay in St. Malo!
My husband and I recently stayed in Liliane's lovely apartment for 3 nights. It was our first time in St. Malo and we wanted a location right in the heart of the walled city. The location was perfect; close to the ramparts, beach, restaurants, and great shops. The living room/kitchen area is very bright and spacious and it was wonderful to be able to make coffee and sit on the small balcony in the morning. Liliane was kind enough to pick us up at the train station. On the day we left she took us to pick up our rental car. We had to go to two different locations, and eventually call the Avis representative and Liliane stayed with us the whole time and made sure we got our car ok. She went above and beyond what you would expect from an apt. owner. I recommend this apartment without hesitation and would be happy to stay there again. Thank you, Liliane!
