About Liz Le Serviget

I am a retired teacher. originally from New York and so I am not an original Vermonter or what they call " a woodchuck".. From May until mid-December, I run a part of my home as a B&B called Inky Dinky Oinkink and also have a gallery on site where I exhibit my artwork. During the spring and summer months, I offer farm shares to my neighbors and supply neighboring families with vegetables, flowers and herbs for the season.

Liz Le Serviget purchased this farmhouse in 2000

Why Liz Le Serviget chose Stowe Area

I love homes that tell a story. My home served to house the owners of one of the oldest wood mills in Vermont that was located directly across the street. I have tried to maintain the feel of a country farmhouse in my choice of decoration: interior wooden shutters in the dining room and living room, antiques and original art throughout the house, well-stocked bookshelves and comfortable seating around the fireplace.

What makes this farmhouse unique

Beautiful panoramic mountain views front and back....You can see the sun setting over the highest mountain in Vermont, Mt. Mansfield, from the living room windows.

This is a very quiet area and just a five minute drive north to the center of Stowe. The location is also very convenient in that you can drive south on route 100 to I-89 without having to go through the center of Stowe. (Go 2/10 of a mile on my road and turn onto Route 100 that leads to the Interstate. Once on the Interstate, you are on a direct path to ski areas in Bolton and Mad River Valley, Montpelier and Burlington.)

My property is just minutes from the Trapp Family Lodge and minutes to the center of Stowe where you will find many restaurants, shops, galleries, movie theater, health spas, golf course, bowling alley, miniature golf, indoor swimming and the recreation path for walkers and cyclists. In the winter, there are numerous cross-country ski trails nearby to explore as well as snowmobile rentals .

Other Activities: kayaking, tubing, gliding, zip line

Ski: My home is 5 minutes from the center of Stowe and from there, just 10 minutes to the ski area on Mt. Mansfield. I am also close to the ski area in Mad River Valley and Bolton.
