Sleeps 8. Nice 4 bedroom villa in a peaceful location. Two of the bedrooms have bathroom 'en suite'. One room upstairs with double bed and one single. The same downstairs, one with a cod. Swimming pool with two depths, with garden all around the pool. Nice barbecue made of chimney stone in a big terrace area. Car parking for three cars.

The pool measures 8.5m x 4.5m!

Finca with the accreditation plate ETV given by the County Council Department of Tourism of the Balearic Islands Government, which gives you a guarantee of quality and legality. Nice Mallorcan style property in a very good location.

Bedroom 1 downstairs has twin beds. Bedroom 2 downstairs has double bed. Bedroom 3 upstairs has twin beds and bedroom 4 upstairs has double bed.

En-suite bathroom in bedroom 1, large shower and WC. En-suite bathroom in bedroom 2 with WC, shower and bath. Bathroom upstairs to share between bedroom 3 and 4, with WC, bidet, shower and bath.

Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, toaster, electrical and gas cooker, freezer, dishwasher, oven.

There is a saloon with LCD television 32', CD, MP3 player, satellite TV and DVD. WIFI included in the price.

The property gives towels and linen and they are change once a week, so does the cleaning service.

Swimming pool with two depths, with garden all around the pool. Nice barbecue made of chimney stone in a big terrace area. Car parking for three cars.

Not the relaxing break we'd imagined

Booked as family accommodation for 2 big family birthdays. 6 adults and 2 children. Downstairs double room was impossible to sleep in due to drain in the shower at one end of the room - a plumber was called by the owner but problem not solved - we moved in with the children for the fortnight. There was also a strange smell coming from a pipe on the drive. A lot of the first week was spent trying to contact owners on various numbers to rectify drain problem and when cleaners didn't turn up - we were informed on the first day that Monday was a fiesta so we tried not to disturb the owners on the first few days. We discovered there was a lot of missing crockery and broken garden furniture when we arrived so we had to buy mugs and glasses. It's a lovely location and the pool was a highlight for all. The donkey nearby provided endless entertainment. Hopefully the problems can be rectified for future guests.

Under maintained

Lack of crockery and glasses for 8 people. One bedroom unusable - cesspit smells permeating room through en-suite. This meant that we had to move furniture into another bedroom so that everyone could sleep.

No racks in oven. No sink plugs - we had to purchase. One wardrobe unusable as rail was broken. Screws and screwdriver purchased to secure door handles. Patio furniture and sun beds broken. General lack of attention to detail . Outside lighting poor.

Plumber could not resolve smell problem. Had to be prompted to change linen after one week.

Would not give any stars if this was possible. Very disappointing experience as this holiday was to celebrate two birthdays.

Owner's Response: It can't be so diferent the coments from diferent guests, we can send diferent reviews and contacts that are not online because we dont force the guests to write their coments, if they want they do it. So again, I can send guest contacts ( sure they would allow me) for a new guest to get their feed back... You can tell the type of persons you deal when they dont look to the eyes on the day of their arrival.. You can tell that they are not willing to enjoy their holidays, just to get their holidays cheaper...and it wont work.. Unfortunetly our review does not damage as much as their does. Not wellcome anymore, sorry.

Fantastic villa in a great location

Just returned from a lovely holiday at this villa ; it was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, fantastic showers and wifi. The pool is the biggest we've had on a villa holiday - ideal for larger families. The location is great too as its walking distance into the beautiful old town of Pollensa. Cristian, the owner, was friendly and on hand to deal with any issues -we had a problem with an AC unit which he quickly dealt with. Would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday as we had a lovely time just wish we'd stayed for 3 weeks !
