L'appartamento seppur piccolo è funzionale e dotato di tutti i confort, adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli. Vicino all'appartamento a pochi metri di distanza vi sono tutti i negozi compreso un supermarchek, senza dover uscire dal residence. Per trascorrere le serate inoltre ci sono bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e paninoteche che consentono a chi lo desiderasse di lasciare l'auto ferma e non uscire dal villaggio per tutta la vacanza. L'immobiliare "Azzurra" che gestisce lo studio offre l'ingresso gratis alle 5 piscine del villaggio ed uno sconto per l'unico parcheggio chiuso del residence. Il signor Pascal e la signora Florence dell'immobiliare sono sempre disponibili e cordiali e parlano un ottimo Italiano.
