Built in the early 1920s for tourists, this maritime villa was enlarged in the 1950s for the operation of a small hotel until 2012.

After two years of renovation, Villa Gulf Stream returns to its original purpose, namely the home of vacationers looking for a pleasant stay in an exceptional environment

Villa Gulf Stream offers four accommodation facing the sea and the Seven Islands: two 45m² duplex, apartment with three rooms of 58m and a studio of 20 sqm.


Quiet and enjoying independent access for up to five people, the living room is completed with a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed (160 x 200), the the other three beds (two trundle beds that can be converted into a bed 160 and a bed 90x190), a bathroom with tub and toilet.


The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob 3 burners, an oven pyrolysis, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher 13 place settings, as well as a private washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and iron (access to laundry dryer).

Satellite TV (TNT SAT) offers a range of French and foreign channels.


The Gulf Stream Villa is located at number 26 of the street of the Seven Islands, between Town Hall Square, in the city center, and the beach Trestraou.

All downtown shops and the tourist office can be reached in less than 5 minutes walk.

Trestraou is the largest beach of fine sand Perros, where we find the pier for boats to the Seven Islands, the start of the coastal footpath to the natural site of Ploumanac'h, the thalassotherapy center, the Palais des Congress, cinema, casino, water sports center, surfing and tennis clubs, cinema and the many bars and restaurants that enliven the waterfront.

From the villa, you can access the beach down the rue du Maréchal Foch extending the street of the Seven Islands, or by a staircase of 100 steps a hundred, whose departure is at hand.


It is possible to dispense completely car if coming by train: a shuttle (The Puffin), regular services to all the common areas (the Port, La Clarté, Ploumanac'h) and a bus service ( tibus) liaises with Lannion, as well as other cities of the Côte de Granit Rose (Trégastel, Pleumeur-Bodou, Trébeurden).

Taxi services are available in train stations (Lannion, Plouaret-Trégor, Guingamp) and Lannion airport.

Motorists are sure to park for free close to the Villa, including the parking 'Free France' 50 meters.


All apartments are equipped with crockery and utensils sufficient food for the occupants.

They provide access to a small garden below and a local garnished with deckchairs, tables and chairs available for guests which can also be storing their beach gear, surfing, windsurfing ...

A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is at your disposal during your stay.


We draw your attention to the specifics of our villa:

- As a former design construction, whose building is narrow and protected area, it was not possible to install an elevator in the Villa Gulf Stream, which is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility ; families with young children are invited to prefer the three-room apartment that has a fully independent access.

- While the focus has been on thermal and sound insulation during the renovation, the Villa Gulf Stream does not reach the acoustic performance of most modern buildings. He therefore asked the occupants to exercise discretion - especially in public areas - and not to use the laundry room overnight

Belle vue

L'appartement est spacieux, et offre une belle vue sur la mer de toutes les pièces. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié leur grand chambre.

Très bien situé et calme : à deux pas du centre, de ses commerces et de son marché, et à proximité des plages.

Appartement bien situé face à la mer !

Idéalement situé l'appartement est face à la mer , et proche du centre ville !

Spacieux et propre , le seul bémol est la literie ! matelas bon marché , ainsi que les sommiers ! à nous de faire le tri et savoir sur quoi nous allons dormir ? c'est bien dommage !

Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire qui était pourtant là !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gute Lage für alle Unternehmungen. Ausstattung für drinnen und auch für Aufenthalt im Freien zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Urlaubsbestätigung erhielten wir zeitnah zur Buchung. Absprache zur Anreise war problemlos möglich.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf die Côte de Granit Rose

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und mit vielen Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants in der Umgebung versorgt. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts stand unser Vermieter bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr nett eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort (gut eingerichtete Küche, SatTV, WLan, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, auch Klopapier und Putzmittel etc.) für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Der Blick über die Bucht vor dem Plage de Trestraou ist sensationell. Am besten genießt man ihn vom Liegestuhl aus im Garten unterhalb der Wohnung. Zum schönen Sandstrand und Strandpromenade sind es zu Fuß geschätzte 5 min. Ins Städtchen mit diversen Geschäften, 2 Supermärkten, einigen Bäckereien sowie Restaurants und Bars sind es zu Fuß sogar nur 2 Minuten. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig und bei geöffneten Fenstern hört man nur die Meeresbrandung. Parken ist auch überhaupt kein Problem. Direkt vor dem Haus und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es sehr viele kostenlose Möglichkeiten zu parken.

Perros Guirec selbst ist sehr beliebt bei Surfern, Seglern und Wanderern. Dementsprechend viele Freizeitangebote gibt es. Eine Wanderung entlang der Küste auf dem Sentier des Douaniers und einen Bootsausflug zu den Sept Îles sollte man unbedingt einplanen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und an der Côte de Granit Rose und würden wieder hinfahren.
