Beautiful stylish apartment, with incredible views!

From the terrace, you'll Lisbon before you, from breakfast until sunset: the Castle, Baixa, the Tagus, etc ...

Decorated with vintage pieces Portuguese, the apartment is comfortable and very well equipped.

At the 5th floor (no elevator), you will enjoy a breathtaking view. The apartment L is designed to live inside / outside, with an open kitchen.

The bathroom is bright and has a nice shower.

A 140x200 bed and a sofa bed, prepared with Portuguese cotton sheets will make you spend peaceful nights.

The apartment has air conditioning and is heated in winter.

the apartment is well equipped, iPod deck, washing machine, Nespresso machine, Wi-Fi ...

Graça is one of the most authentic district of Lisbon, with 'real' people who live there, there are shopping, will meet with their friends over a coffee, etc .. That's why I chose it!

You are close to the Castle, the Pantheon, the flea market, I place Intendente (heart of artistic renewal), Alfama and Baixa.

My street has one of the best views of Lisbon from the Castle Bridge on April 25, through Baixa, Chiado and the Tagus!

Largo da Graça, the famous tram 28 takes you in minutes to the main sights of the city Alfama, Castle, Baixa, Chiado and Bairro Alto ...

The metro station Martim Moniz is 5 minutes walk.

If you want to enjoy the city, Baixa join on foot in 5-10 minutes and Chiado in 10-15 minutes.

IF you have a car, there are always places in the street, and they're free!

Neat little Flat with all you need and a great balcony view.

Very well appointed and tidy place with a fantastic terrace balcony view. Great as its 10 mins walk from the centre of Lisbon. Has all the features necessary for a flat in which you can live for a few weeks. You have to climb up the streets to the flat but its worth the view and location above a park with direct views of castle and 270 degrees of Lisbon skyline.

We sent our time in Lisbon City and traveled to the beaches and Porto using main rail and tram services which are great.

Would come again.

Modern and cozy with a beautiful view!

The apartment is on the top floor of the building, giving it a beautiful view of the city. The kitchen is a little tight and hard to cook full meals in, but was fine for smaller use. The place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside for us was the ongoing construction next door which could sometimes be a little noisy.

The construction at the bottom of the street will be over in a few weeks....before the next one! Lisbon is a booming city and you may expect new projects in every corner of the city every week! Beautiful apartment, great location

My wife and I rented this apartment in early June, 2016 - it was perfect for us. The interior of the apartment was very clean and functional. The bed was great and there was a well appointed kitchen with table and chairs. The balcony was beautiful - with a great view overlooking a park and a large church. We ate dinner on the balcony several times. The neighbourhood was not a "touristy" neighbourhood - rather it seemed to be a neighbourhood where real people lived and worked (which was a big plus). Groceries, restaurants and shopping are available a short (steep) walk uphill along the Main street of "Largo da Graca". We tried both the Estrela da Graca and Churrasco da Graca restaurants and they were both very good. The tourist sites and other attractions are about a 20 minute walk away. It was a great location, nice apartment and I'd highly recommend this place.

Good Apartment as advertised

José, who checked us in, was waiting for us upon our arrival which is always a good thing and helped carry a suitcase up the stairs. The stairs of the apartment should not be a concern to anybody who has already committed to walking the many steep hills of this area in Lisboa. The TWO air conditioner units were very welcomed on three occasions of our two week stay. The shower is a very good size, especially for Europe. The location of the apartment is good as it is a short walk to main squares and the Alfama district with interesting restaurants along the way. The drawbacks of the apartment is it was not designed for somebody 6 feet tall. I banged my head a couple times. Also there is some long-term construction projects going on both sides of the apartment so the drilling, grinding, hammering, buzzing will get to you after a while. The welcome apricot jam and wine were much appreciated. Restaurante Yak & Yeti and Restaurante Santa Rita were good finds.

Great location and space and view of Lisbon

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for somewhere from which we could walk around Lisbon, with a view and a terrace and facilities we needed. This location delivered. The view was awesome and the terrace was great. The unit was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our walks from the location through the surrounding neighborhoods. We found it easy to walk to the metro and trolley and once we learned our way around, even to the center of town. Susanna checked us in and was very friendly and spoke great English. The only challenge was no elevator for this 5th floor apartment. We knew this going in and it wasn't a problem for us, but just be aware. Nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed going up to the Miradoura up the steps behind the apartment for cocktails and sunset as well as going to Vin Bar de Castela inside the walled part of the castle - customized wine tasting and good food. There is a small place we stopped in for dinner close by called Giradiscos Cafe - it was late and we were hungry on our way home. The owner had just made a meal and was preparing to sit down and eat with his wife when we walked in. He actually gave us the meal that was fully prepared and augmented it with some wine. He and his wife were very nice and the food was great. The other restaurant we really enjoyed was Restaurant Farol de Santa Luiza - great authentic Portuguese stew - but make a reservation.

perfect spot, stunning views, immaculate, charming

Thank you to the owner and his local care taker, we had a wonderful time in Graca!

We have been a few times to Lisbon and stayed in various apartments, this was by far the best experience! If you don't mind walking and climbing the stairs, this is the perfect spot. The apartment has a lot of charm thanks to the tasteful and creative internal design and with the sun warming the terrace its hard to leave for other delights in this beautiful city. The pictures are a true indication of the kind of place you will find, although the real life scenario is even better. We shall come back....
