Great apartment in an upscale neighborhood

We loved everything about this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed, had a security guard in the lobby, Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, easy access to Retiro Park and had everything else that you would expect in a good apartment. In addition to the physical apartment, we enjoyed dealing with Gabriel Avalos - the property manager - who took the stress out of living in a someone else's apartment. We hope to be repeat clients.

Muy confortable, . . .

The place looks exactly as the pictures. Beautifil and Clean! The service provided by the owners is very good. I love the descriptions hanging from the washing maching and other places with reminders as well as instructions for usage. Found it very helpful. The location of the flat is very good, the area is very nice with lot´s of parks that you can go to. Lot´s of grocerie stores around the area, restaurants not so much, but they are some. The nearest metro is a litle over 500mts away, waklable but there is lot´s of buses you can take one block away an take you to the city center and other touristic places in 5 to 10 minutes. The bus for the Train station you can also take it from even one block away from the flat and takes around 15 to 20 minutes to get there. The apartment is very spacious, and I love my whole stay there.

trato inmejorable por parte de gabriel. Atención EXCELENTE, los apartamentos perfectamente equipados y muy limpios; decoración excelente y ubicación depende del gusto de cada persona. Tuve la oportunidad de quedarme en 2 apartamentos y realmente excelentes ambos, Precio excelente comparado con hospedarse en algún hotel por mas económico que sea. Recomendado ciegamente.
