This recently refurbished spacious apartment has a very bright and airy living room combined with the dinner area, decorated in a unique style, mixing both modern and antiques elements like clasic mirrors, painting or chairs and wall spainted in pastel shade, that looks onto the street. The two confortable sleeping rooms, situated at the end of the corridor, totally separate from the living room, which allows visitors to be free and enjoy good sleep while others stay awake in the living room. It aso includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom nearby, plus a fully equipped separate kitchen. This refurbished and updated property offers guests a high level of comfort, style and exclusivity in a lovely neighbourhood.
Situated in between the Madrid's Chamberi and the Justicia districts in the Sagasti street, one of the most typical and traditional districts of the city, where the most authentic of Spanish lifestyles can be experienced to the fullest, Is located in a an elegant, classic Spanish building that has been recently refurbished. With the open and luxurious layout of the space, our guests stay here will surely be positive and memorable. The Chamberi district provides a convenient base for exploring both the bustling commercial centre of Madrid (the Gran Via, the city's main commercial boulevard, is a only a few minutes away) as well as the more upscale shops and restaurants located on the other side of the Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid's main north-south artery.
This spacious apartment is tastefully furnished with lots of closets and located in an elegant building close to 2 metro stops, bus stop and a taxi lane right in front of it. The kitchen is very well-equipped with dishwasher, washer and dryer. It is perfect for a couple with one or two children. There's an amazing restaurant La Manduca de Azagra located right across the street and the San Anton Market located nearby offers lots of local produce, a few tapas bars and a nice restaurant on the top floor. It's also an easy walk to Salamanca neighborhood which has many shops and good restaurants such as Ten con Ten, El Paraguas and 99 Sushi. Gabriel was readily available to provide restaurant recommendations as well as to arrange cleaning services. The only thing I think could be improved are the bedroom doors which have glass panes making the rooms not so private and letting the light come in. I would definitely stay in this apartment again on my next trip to Madrid.
The transport connections in this part of the city are excellent - with the wide streets of both the Gran Via and the Castellana just a few blocks away, and with two metro stations nearby, access to the rest of Madrid and beyond is convenient and practically hassle-free.
