Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked property
We enjoyed our stay in the home on Michigan Ave in the north Phoenix neighborhood. House was very well stocked and the decor and furnishings very comfortable. Pool and grill with nice patio were great and outdoor areas for our dog worked well. The neighborhood was good for dog walking and grocery , Starbucks were close by.
Our only disappointment was the closure of area restaurants and grocery/ supply shortages due to pandemic related issues.
That said it was a good place to shelter in and enjoy sunshine and warm temps away from the Midwestern winter.
Great location! Better than pictures! Well stocked and very clean! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
Phoenix get away
This property was clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The only down side was the pool was not the 85 degrees we were told it was. However, we do understand heat from the pool is lost when it gets cold at night. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would stay there again
The house was in very good condition. We had one problem when we checked. We called Love and it was.
It was in good shape and very well set up for our stay. All the essentials were provide. I would definitely stay there again.
A Real Disappointment
We chose this house due to the advertisement for free heated pool during a January visit. Prior winter VRBO bookings at other locations were too costly to heat the pool, so the listing for this home was appealing. We confirmed with the property managers prior to arriving that the pool heater was working. Upon arrival the pool was ice cold. When we called the property managers we were told a prior guest broke the heater, two mechanics had tried to repair the heater, and it was disabled due to a part being on order. The property managers also said they had just become aware of the pool heater being out of service. To me their explanation doesn’t add up. Renter beware!
The next day the property manager offered to look for a replacement property, which we decline in light of the fact we had already unpacked our luggage and made two trips to the grocery store. She also said she would “explore the possibility of a discount”, but we never heard back. More fiction?
Other than this disappointment the house is well appointed and conveniently located. However, we had to use air freshener to remove a strong bug spray odor.
