Upper and Lower Hall Court is located on Hall Court in Stateline NV - in SouthTahoe.
The location is a fast 1 mile (1 stop light) to the Local Casinos and a few more city blocks to the Stateline Casinos and Heavenly Village Outdoor Mall. Heavenly Valley Mall features the Heavenly Valley Ski Gondola, Ice Skating in the winter and mini golf in the summer, as well as live music.

Starting April 2018 we are including the Lower unit when we are not using it.
This 2 unit attached home totals 5 bedrooms 3 baths and sleeps 20.
The street has snow plow service that is VERY well maintained in the winter. We presently purchase seasonal snow removal service.
This is a non-smoking (outside smoking is permitted) and a pet-friendly home.
THE UPPER UNIT:

*Only 2 Upper Bedrooms have air conditioning

THE LOWER UNIT:
*Hall Court has it own outside entrance. Yet, it has an inside staircase that connects the 2 homes as well.
*Huge deck great for entertaining. Shaded and not shaded and attached to the lower kitchen.
*Give those who are sleeping in upper living room privacy, while late night movies and poker continues downstairs.
SLEEPING for 20:
*3 of the bedrooms have Beds that can set up as kings or split into 2 Twin Beds to suit your group's needs. This set up is random, unless requested 3 weeks before arrival
*These 3 bedroom also has a Flip Chair that converts into a Extra Long Twin Size Sleeper.
*1 Flip Chair in the upper dinning room
*2 queen Futon style sofa beds located in the upper living room
*1 lower bedroom has a queen
*1 lower bedroom has 2 queen beds.
*Upper Hall Court has a 2 car garage, 4 car level driveway and 3 SUMMER (when no snow :O) On Street parking spots.
*Lower Hall Court is an added SUMMER TIME 6+ car parking down t’s own long driveway. However other than the RV parking spot, it is “nose to nose” parking, so it may not always be convenient.

*SUMMER TIME AIR MATTRESS SETUP: The attached garage is also available for private/additional summertime sleeping. Complete with electric fireplace, luggage racks, TV… This is a complimentary amenity for your use. Bring your own linens/sleeping bags, and use our air mattresses/Air Pump stored in the garage at no fee. Just place the 2 Queen size inflated air mattresses and all other items back as received, before departure. It is a $75 requested upgrade for us to sweep up the garage and set up air mattresses with linens OR there will be $75 taken from your deposit if everything is not place back as received.
BEACH Towels are able to use the BEACH towels at no fee. Simply wash and fully dry using our laundry unit in the attached garage.
*$100 FEE if Beach Towels are left soiled due to the time it takes to process towels and the challenge it has with completing the home cleaning in time.
