The Fuente del Berro neighbourhood is a calm area, with one-story houses, and its location allows for easy connections with the rest of the city. Fuente del Berro is a neighbourhood known for the park of the same name, and the apartment lies just a few minutes away from the park, probably the least known among the historical gardens of Madrid. It is a quiet, hidden place of great beauty, situated on the land that was once the Quinta de Miraflores, commissioned by Philip IV as a new royal site, an oasis within the city.
