This condo is one of South Beach's best priced luxury buildings. It sits on Biscayne Bay at South Beach's famous South Pointe, and is a full-service luxury condo that makes an ideal place to live
This is a 1br completely renovated and fully furnished with all european style designer furniture. Balcony with a view of the bay and Fischer Island. Marble floors throughout the apartment.
Pool and tennis court will not be available till December. There is a pool at La Piaggia Beach club next door and they provide towels and chairs.
This is a friendly place open to all kinds of people, but there are some rules:
No Parties are allowed and no smoking is permitted inside the house. No pets are permitted. This is a quiet no-party residential area. If you are looking for a place to party, you have the wrong house. The neighbors will call the police. The maximum number of people allowed in the unit at any time is the number of guests you have booked with your reservation. Sneaking extra guests in the flat will not be tolerated. A fee of $150 will be charged for each lost key.
The nightly pricing is after a 30 nights stay. minimum lease is 30 nights, rent must be pre paid on a weekly basis. If tenant fails to pay in a timely manor, landlord reserves the right to terminate lease and 100 percent of security deposit will be refunded.
Located In the most exclusive south of 5th neighborhood. walking distance to the best beach and finest restaurants.
All of the finest restaurants are in walking distance. A 5 minute taxi ride to south beach
Absolutely fantastic and clean apartment on a high floor of a quality residential building. Located right next to Miami Beach Marina near 1st street, the building is close to bus stops (the Miami Beach local bus goes by regularly) and a very useful Deco Bike station on 2nd street (great way to get around).
A nearby complex on 5th street has a Publix supermarket, Best Buy, TJ Maxx etc which is really useful.
The building has a 24/7 concierge who can book you a taxi - which will be with you in minutes - right outside the door, whenever you need one.
There is also a well stocked Deli on the first floor of the building (8am - 8pm). Not the cheapest but useful for daily water, breakfast or emergency alcohol :)
In the apartment there are lovely marble floors throughout, a decent sized balcony with a truly stunning view of the entire expanse of South Beach. Starting the evening on a warm balcony with a glass of wine looking out over all of the possibility the city offers is a memory in itself.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with huge fridge / freezer (with built in cold water dispenser), stove, microwave, washer and drier. Great to be able to wash clothes halfway through the vacation so you don't have to pack as much.
Also an iron and ironing board that was appreciated.
The bedroom has a huge king sized bed and is really comfortable. Aircon keeps everything cool. Decent wardrobe (closet) space in the bedroom so really easy to unpack everything and have quick access to it. Lots of mirrors as well.
There are two quality 40" LCD TV's in the bedroom and living room, along with very quick cable Internet. Speeds around about 14mbs down / 1mb up. The wifi is strong. Lots of power sockets.
The best part of renting this apartment though is the absolutely grade A service provided by the host A true gent who handles any problems you have quickly, friendly and professionally. It's worth making sure you can txt on your phone (I bought a Simple Mobile SIM before leaving the UK) as that's the quickest way to get in touch if you need to. He really did make our experience hassle and stress free, both before and during our vacation.
I can't recommend this apartment enough or any apartment that the host offers. It's nice to know we can return to this amazing city in future and have a reliable host to rent from.
This apartment is fantastic. The photographs do not do it justice. We stayed in August for 10 days with my Husband and two teenaged children. We were very well looked after by Ana. She recommended some fantastic restaurants also.
The lovely beach is about a 5 minute walk away. You can either have lunch served on the beach at the sunbeds, or you can dine at the Hotels along the beach.
My son, who is really into his fitness, really enjoyed the gym. The equipment is excellent.
There are two pools which were lovely to relax by, they weren’t too busy.
Even though our holiday was not until August, we paid in full in April. We were really glad we did this as it would have been a shame to miss out on a fantastic apartment.

5 Star Location , Great Service , Amazing Confortable apartment ....
this is the second time for me in that apartment. everything in the apt is amazing.. the rooms are big and very confortable..in the main room there is the jacuzzi too.. two balconies..one ocean view and one bay view.. in the unit there is wi fi two flat tv and every amenities.. the building is fantastic..probably one of the best in south beach..it is close to the beach..to the restaurant and clubs..and behind there is the beautifull south pointe parc.. two swimming pool the gym and the spa.. the owner is very professional and very very nice.. i'll come back for sure.. so thank u so much for the amazing vacation
The listing description was accurate except that the third bedroom was actually part of the living area with only a curtain separating it. The garbage disposal was not working. The freezer was also in disrepair. The property is in a great location with great views however, the apartment was filthy upon arrival. The owner disagreed even when I commented that it had obviously not been cleaned. The kitchen counters were disgusting as well as all floors, tub and showers. The owner did not provide good customer service. She said she would send someone over to clean and she never did. We cleaned it ourselves and then she collected a cleaning fee from me when I checked out. The furniture was also dirty and dusty. Lamps all needed new shades. Towels were clean but full of lint. Some beds were not made and did not have sheets the correct size.
The amenities of the complex were very nice. Lovely pool and spa. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants.
I would not recommend this property to anyone because of the lack of caring by the owner. She is not interested in maintaining the property which is too bad given its great location.
