Situated a few steps from Banje beach and in the vicinity of the Old town, Excelsior hotel, shops and restaurants, the apartment offers the best of Dubrovnik in a minute or two walking distance.

The apartment (144 sqm + 50 sqm terrace) is divided on two levels with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The first level consists of master bedroom with en suite bathroom, large lounge/living room, dining area with table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. The terrace is offering dining area with Jacuzzi and splendid views. On the second level there is a twin room with en suite bathroom, one double bedroom, second bathroom, TV room with pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. Hedera A19 doesn't have a private parking place. Public parking is available on the street below. Amenities include: SAT TV and AC in every room, fully equipped kitchen, Hi-Fi, DVD player, Wireless Internet and Ethernet connection.

Other amenities: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Jacuzzi, safe, Pets are not allowed.

Located conveniently on the Ploce entrance of Old Town only a minute walk from cafes, ATM, bakeries, restaurants; the apartment is ideal for those who seek to be in the vicinity of city center. Banje Beach is just below the property, several other beaches are within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a short external stairway (20 steps) leading to the apartment.
