This apartment complex was newly built in 2008 and comprises 13 apartments. The village of St. Margarethen is just a few minutes' walk away and the ski school and lift to Katschberg are around the corner.
Beneath the complex is a covered garage. This apartment is on the second floor of the complex and has its own covered parking space. The spacious lounge has a wood burning stove, television and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and oven. Guests also have access to a furnished roof terrace with wonderful views.
For winter sports fanatics, this is a perfect spot close to the lift to the Aineck/Katschberg ski resort.
In the summer, this central location offers plenty of opportunities for hikers and (active) cyclists. The Lungau nature reserve boasts lots of cycle routes and various mountain lakes are less than half an hour away.
