The apartment is located in a quiet part of Sea Pines with minimal traffic. Yet all your amenities and activities are a 2-5 min. walk at the Sea Pines Marina.
Everything you need for your stay is included in the apartment, including a kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, portable clothes washer installed in the bathroom and clothes drying rack. Hide-away bed and sleeper sofa allows 4 to sleep comfortably and fold away for extra room during the day.
This is a great opportunity to have it all and be in the middle of everything you need without spending too much.

You can relax and get away on South Beach or join the crowd at the Marina just a short walk away. Love sunsets? This is the only place to stay at Sea Pines, where the beach faces west. Take a drink down to the beach and a comfortable chair to enjoy a stunning sunset over the water each evening.
What makes this Studio unique
When you stay at this unit, once you park your car, you don't need to get into it until you leave. The marina, located behind the property, is a 2 min. walk. Once there you will find several restaurants, specialty shops, and even a small convenience store stocked with some of the most important cooking staples and essentials in case you need to cook a meal at home. During the warm months the marina also offers nightly outdoor entertainment on the large deck of the Salty Dog cafe. The deck features a family friendly atmosphere with live music, several bars, ice cream, as well as an outdoor grill where you can order a quick, freshly made fish sandwich, burger or boiled shrimp. Then, enjoy your meal out on the deck among the crowd while taking in the live music and scenic vistas of the marina.

Property was great and the location was even better
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The location was so great and we had a very relaxing time. Definitely recommend staying here!
We enjoyed great sunsets and dolphin viewing every night just a short walk from our villa. The Salty Dog Cafe is a stones throw away and you can see the ocean from your window. Great location. Be advised that the oven that is listed under amenities is just a toaster oven. Much smaller than I had expected. Overall, it was a good stay for a fair price.

Great Location in Sea Pines Resort
My girlfriend and I stayed at this condo with in the Bluff Villas area of the Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head from the 23 to the 28 of August. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and we would definitely come back. The room has a great view of Calibogue sound for sunsets and easy beach access. Since it was late August, the heat and humidity were almost unbearable, especially coming from CT summers, but the AC unit worked wonders in keeping the room cool.
Like Preston stated, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make breakfast. There were plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, and other items. Although we didn't use the clothes washer, we found the rest of the bathroom to a good size for two people.
It is less than a 5 minute walk to South Marina Village for restaurants such as the Salty Dog Cafe, shopping, and nightly live entertainment. Although a little farther away we also visited harbor town which is a bike ride or short drive away. There is a dinner cruise leaving from below the lighthouse that was wonderful as well a many other restaurants and shopping in the area. The harbourtown bakery was a great spot for coffee and breakfast.
Closer to the entrance of the Sea Pines Resort are the Lawton Stables, were we did a morning trail ride that was a lot of fun. The guides made sure everyone was comfortable with their horse and made my first riding experience very enjoyable.
Since we had a car we made a day trip to Savannah for lunch and a Trolley Tour. I would definitely recommend this if you have a car. Make sure to check out the City Market and Riverwalk areas. We also made our way into Hilton Head for shopping and dinner on a different night. That being said, a car is definitely not necessary to stay here. Since everything is a walk or bike ride away we could have parked our car and not moved it until we left.
I would definitely recommend a stay here for a couple (or 2, since the room sleeps 4 with a pullout couch) and would even come back myself.
Perfect Getaway Spot for Two People in South Beach - Sea Pines - Hilton Head Island
I have been travelling to Hilton Head Island for about 15 years. This was the first trip for just my wife and I (no kids) so we were looking for something smaller, such as a hotel, one bedroom condo, or studio/efficiency unit. And this Bluff Villa studio/efficiency unit was a great value and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there.
First let me say, contrary to what the previous reviewer stated, the AC unit worked perfectly. Being August the temperatures were well into the 90's but the AC unit kept the unit comfortable at all times. Everything was exactly as advertised. The murphy wall bed was very comfortable. We left it down the entire stay and it was not in the way of the kitchen/den areas. The kitchen was well equipped with all essential items. There is an electric surface range (no oven underneath), toaster oven, dishwasher, a sink with disposal, small microwave, nice size refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, and coffee maker. The bathroom, although not large has a nice vanity and a full shower/tub. There is great water pressure and plenty of hot water. It would be nice if there was a clothes washer and dryer combo unit. But, we did use the small clothes washer and drying rack and it worked just fine. There is an iron/ironing board. Although wifi is not advertised, I was able to access wifi. The entry door to the unit has a Keyless Code Entry System which is very nice as you don’t have to carry a key all the time. The unit has everything needed for a comfortable vacation stay. This unit is perfect for two people. The full size sofa does have a pullout bed for two more.
The unit has a nice view through some pine trees of the Calibogue Sound. It is probably a 100 yard walk to the Calibogue Sound beach. You can walk up the beach 1/2 mile to where it becomes the Atlantic Ocean. Bluff Villas and this unit are adjacent to South Beach Marina. You are only steps from the marina, multiple restaurant and food options, shopping, nightly live outdoor entertainment, tennis, pool, bicycle rental, and miles of bicycle and walking trails. You can rent a bike for $30 a week. The marina also offers fishing, dolphin tours, jet-ski rentals, etc.
Finally, let me say that the owner was very pleasant to work with. She responded quickly to my emails and questions (and I had a lot). Payment via Paypal was simple. She provided all needed information. It was an easy process. My thanks to the owner for everything. I look forward to staying in your unit again in the future.
The most disgusting experience ever!Room was severely misrepresented, AC didn't work.Owner is a liar
We arrived at this condo, only to find out that the AC unit was not working, and was instead letting out fumes and debris into the room. We called the owner who laughed at the problem and said that we should "deal with it" or "fix it ourselves". We demanded that we get a resolution and a refund since the room was extremely hot, and the odor from the AC was unbearable. After multiple phone calls, he told us that if we leave by midnight we would get our money back. He lied. When we called him and his son several times over the next few days, he changed his story until he finally said that we will not get our money back. He was cursing at us on the phone, and was very rude. We ended up having to call the bank to try and settle this transaction, as we did not stay in this room a single night. The entire experience was a nightmare. We drove several hours to this place, only to find out that the condo was severely misrepresented, and that the owner was the rudest landlord we ever dealt with. We followed his instructions and did not stay in the room so that we could get our money back, but he did not do what he promised and did not give us our money back. The trip was a total headache, and a waste of time, money and gas. We do not recommend this condo or staying at this person's accommodations for any reason, even if the price is cheap. He will treat you like nothing, and will make the experience a very frustrating one. STAY AWAY.

Guest was very difficult to work with. After making several complaints over the phone, he was unwilling to work with me to try to get his room concerns resolved. The unit is not only accurately described but also clearly represented with photographs. This unit was rented before he arrived and after. Neither of those guests had problems with the A/C or any other functions of the unit. The photographs clearly show an in-wall hotel type AC unit (PTAC). I ordered the unit to be serviced but they did not find any issues. I then came down myself and also found the AC unit in good working order. The independent cleaning company also did not find any problems with the apartment. I offered a full refund but the guest did not wish to provide a mailing address for the check nor PayPal account info. He was unwilling to work with me making a resolution very difficult. I am always happy to work through any issues a guest may have and am more than willing to continue to work with this guest to fully refund his rental fees.
