A lot of maintenance and cleaning is needed both in and outside. The posted pictures are not accurate. Very out of date. Maintenance to exterior is way overdue, slanted/leaning decking on all levels. Infested with spiders that prevented use of all outside decks and porches. All outside furniture was too dirty to use. Should warn about steep drive and uneven walking. There were 3 falls by ladies 56 and 61 years old. Our 85 year old Mother was advised not to even try to come! The interior flooring had large gaps and rough uneven edges. The floors were filthy, several pairs of socks ruined. Cobwebs and Spider eggs on light fixtures and dead bugs on the floor and corners. Kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking. There were far fewer chairs than shown in pics at both tables. Had to buy batteries for remotes. Whole place has a dank and musty smell. Had to buy candles. Walkway from garage—only “quasi-level” one was covered by 4+ inches of leaves. Mattress upstairs is very hard. Pictures of room with full bunk beds is very deceiving. It looks to be a closed in porch with only a portable AC unit. Many light bulbs out, and a couple switches didn’t even work. Loose toilet seat with blood smeared on wall in the half bath first floor. Master bath tub has huge crack, appears attempted repair, but doesn’t hold water. Bathroom fixtures very old and difficult to use. Have pictures and videos.
