Casa Rosa is a rustic country guest house. Accommodating 4 to 6 people, simple and practical, ideal for family and nature lovers. This property has a mature fenced garden with pool, a variety of fruit trees of the sub tropical climate of the eastern Algarve. Safe for children and pets. The guest house is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms one double and another with 2 single beds. The living room can be transformed as a second double bedroom with a door facing east for early morning coffee. The kitchen and dining room are well equipped with satellite TV, DVD and music seating six people with two comfortable sofas. The patio doors open to the west, facing private terraces with BBQ, big table chairs and 2 sun beds, offering sunny and shady areas.

The house is 90 m2 and the terrace 20 m2 .

The pool lies at the rear of the garden with plenty of space and exterior shower. Enjoy sitting next to the pond with the frogs, fishes and aquatic plants. The pool is 4m x 4m surrounded by a stone garden offering privacy and seclusion.

Una magnífica estancia

Acabamos de regresar de nuestro viaje a Portugal y no quería dejar de agradecer a Telma y a su familia su magnífica acogida y amabilidad.

Volvería a la Casa Rosa encantada. Es una casa de campo sencilla, pero fiel a las fotos, e incluso más amplia. El jardín es magnífico y la piscina, aunque pequeña, muy, muy agradable.

Nuestra perra Noa se lo pasó fenomenal y siempre que podía se iba a a ver a Telma.

La situación es perfecta para visitar los pueblos del Algarve, Tavira, Olhao... y qué decir de la playa de Fuseta, simplemente magnífica.

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr erholsam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Man kann die herrliche ruhige ländliche Gegend genießen, ohne auf große Hotelanlagen blicken zu müssen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir kommen gern wieder.

La casa e' molto semplice ma pulita, Telma la proprietaria fa decisamente la differenza con la sua disponibilità e gentilezza, sempre pronta per qualsiasi esigenza anche a volte anticipando le richieste

La casa e' in ottima posizione per le spiagge dell'Algarve ( fantastiche)

Bello l'angolo della piscina, piccola ma ben curata e ristoratrice

Unico appunto forse la necessità di rinfrescare le camere con un condizionatore.

Per il resto ottima soluzione con buon rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Vervallen glorie

Naar zeggen van de eigenaar waren wij de eerste huurders van 2016. Alle tijd, in de voorliggende maanden, om de boel eens aan te pakken. Helaas, nu overwinterde het vuile vaatwerk, kapotte meubels, vies beddengoed, spinnenwebben. Overal resten van levensmiddelen, resten van badspullen in alle soorten en maten, kapotte huisraad. Kortom: te vies om aan te pakken en om er te zijn. Wij hielden het na twee dagen voor gezien. De huisbaas kon het niet al te veel interresseren. Ooit denk ik wel een mooi onderkomen maar nu: vervallen glorie.

Vervallen en vies

We waren, naar zeggen van de eigenaar, de eersten om in 2016 het huis te huren. Overal spinnenwebben, plakkerige tafels en vuil service. De keuken valt bijna uitelkaar. Overal half lege verpakkingen die daar hebben "overwinterd". Eigenaar nam onze klacht niet serieus. We zijn het huisje na twee dagen "ontvlucht".

TAVIRA - Venice of the Algarve: Tavira, located 8 km to the East, is a picturesque town nicknamed 'Venice of the Algarve', which dates back to 2000 BC an illustration of medieval, renaissance and baroque art, crammed with historic churches, a castle, an ancient Roman bridge, and various museums (the area is renowned for its fishing history/particularly for tuna), frequent art exhibitions are also on display. Maps and orientation are provided on what to see.

Tavira Island and neighbouring beaches have golden sand and are much less frequented, perfect to practice water sports such as scuba diving, surf, kite surf or windsurf. Ideal to relax on during your vacation in Portugal.

OLHAO - Fishing Port of the Eastern Algarve: Olhao, located 8 km to the West, is the main fishing port in the eastern Algarve. The old town is a warren of narrow twisting streets and cubist houses still remaining from the Arab influence. The town is famous for it's Saturday market, where local farmers come from the countryside to sell their fresh home grown products. Here you can find everything for your evening BBQ, the fresh fish is inexpensive and excellent.

FUZETA - Fishing Village: Fuzeta, located 3 km to the South, is a very charming and traditional Portuguese fishing village, with its accessible beach in the lagoon, or you can take a 5 minute ferry trip over to the island with kilometres of long sandy beaches. Ideal for long walks of undisturbed meditation. About 1 hour en half walking will bring you to Armona and its beach bar and restaurants.

The lagoon between the island and main land is warm and calm and therefore offering activities of wind surfing, sailing ,diving and fishing. Also very suitable for children.

Fuzeta provides small but excellent fish restaurants as well as international cuisine. Enjoy the evening in the main square, sitting under big palm trees, sipping your 'Vinho Verde' and listening to the chirping of the cheeky sparrows. But if you prefer a bit of night life and dancing, by the harbour you will find different bar that play life music on different nights of the week.

Golf:

A year round golfing paradise and one of Europe's top golfing destinations. The pleasant climate, with over three hundred days of sunshine, ensures that golf can be comfortably played all year round.

1km from the villa is Colina Verde - The 9 hole Executive par 3 golf course is suitable for players of all levels. Straightforward enough to be enjoyable for beginners, but also testing enough for the experienced player, including tennis courts and a fully equipped gymnasium and health spa, there is plenty to interest those wishing to add some enjoyable physical activity to their holiday.

Quinta da Ria/Quinta da Cima golf courses are located 10 km away in the direction of the Spanish boarder.Quinta da Ria is a spectacular 18 hole golf course located within the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. The course runs down to the Ria Formosa with stunning views of the sea and mountains.

The famous courses at Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are easily reached in 30 minutes via the A22 motorway. Or cross over to Spain and play the new Esuri course about 20 minutes away via the A22 motorway.

Other Activities:

1km is Colina Verde golf course. Ecovia with orientation trails, BTT, paint Ball. 4km Moncarapacho Museum.
