This beautiful condominium overlooks the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Located of the 9th floor of the Legacy II, this luxuriously furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium offers 1743 sq. ft. of living area.

The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, a Sony TV and a Bose 321 home theater center with AM/FM-CD-DVD.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a huge Sony TV, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, double vanity and a large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat screen TV and a large double closet.

The third bedroom has a queen-size, a flat screen TV and it also has a large double closet.

The Bonus Room has a full bed and a 14' flat screen TV.

This condominium offers accommodations for 10 people.

The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook.

The dining room has a table that seats six and just off the dining room is a wet bar.

This unit comes with a fully furnished 402 sq. ft. balcony and is located in the center of the tower which offers an absolute breathtaking view. It is located directly over the pool. You can see the Beau Rivage Casino to the east, the beautiful Gulf of Mexico to the south and Island View Casino to the west.

This condominium even comes with a reserved covered parking space, Number 111, which is located in the garage in the rear of the tower.

We vacationed with another family, and the condo was perfect for nine people. There was enough to do for our tweens, and for the big kids in our lives too. The only thing I would suggest is to have literature on what amenities and opportunities the resort has available. We had to explore on our own.

Not a luxury condo!

This unit hasn't been maintained and is in fairly poor condition. E.g., chipped baseboards; broken shower handle in master bath; shower nozzles that dribble rather than spray water; rotting floor/wall in second bathroom; crooked hung doors at the washer/dryer area; loud washer/dryer; cheap doors and cabinets; no garbage bag liners; no dishwashing soap; etc. It certainly doesn't qualify as luxury accommodations. The real disappointing occurrence was that during one afternoon while we were out golfing, the management company allowed someone access inside the unit without our permission. (We were later informed that they entered in order to measure the dining room table.) I am a part owner in a number of VRBO-listed properties in Chicago and we would NEVER enter a unit or allow anyone to enter a unit without the guest's permission. In fact, we would be hesitant to do so even with permission because of the issues that can arise.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I came over for a couple of days (pre-anniversary) on our own with the rest of our family (two daughters and grandson) coming for the remainder of our trip(oldest daughter's birthday). Beautiful condo! Great location; easy access to beach, shopping and restaurants. Got to see a lot of the "cruisers" coming in for "Cruisin the Coast"; always a treat. Our only downer was going to IP or Boomtown the roads were horrible because of the road work going on and water pressure in both of the showers were almost non existent. Great place to stay with the beach across the road or pool indoor and outdoor on site
