Located between the coast of Calpe and the mountain village of Benissa, away from all the crowds in the famous Pedramala district, very charming and authentic finca of ± 200 years old, built with natural stone on a plot of ± 3125 m².

The finca offers breathtaking views both on Benissa and on the rural landscape with its terraces and surrounding mountain ranges. In the spring you have a dream of a view of the flowering almond trees and it is recommended throughout the year for people who love peace, nature, sun and privacy.

With its ± 300 m², the house offers a beautiful entrance hall / sitting room with fireplace, a spacious dining room (10 persons) with a wood stove that transforms into a spacious sitting area with a fireplace, an authentic fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms (3 double and 1 with 2 bunk beds - 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs), 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets. All this is complemented by several terraces (naya with traditional bread oven, outside terrace and covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ) and a large swimming pool (5 x 10 m + dressing room with shower, toilet and laundry room with washing machine) and an adult pleasant garden.

There is ample parking space for up to 5 cars in front of the house.

Other features: Wifi, satellite TV (TV Vlaanderen), 1 cot and high chair available, stylishly furnished in finca style, less than 10 minutes from various beaches, restaurant "Pedramala" and supermarket "Perles" within walking distance.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Rustig gelegen sfeervolle woning

De woning is zeer rustig gelegen en op korte afstand van vele mooie stranden en dorpjes.

Zeer geschikt voor 2 gezinnen en een heerlijk zwembad met mooi uitzicht.

We keren jaarlijks terug

Dit jaar keren we reeds voor de derde maal terug naar de Finca.

Ik denk dat dit alles zegt! Mooie, authentieke finca, prachtig uitzicht, heel rustig gelegen met 100% privacy, ideaal voor grote families of gezelschappen gezien het aantal kamers en sanitair. Groot en perfect onderhouden zwembad. Het verblijf beantwoordt volledig aan de beschrijvingen. Goede uitvalbasis voor uitstappen. Info ter plaatse met tips voor restaurants en om de omgeving te verkennen. Naast goede contacten bij boeking ook contactpersonen ter plaatse voor onthaal en eventuele verdere informatie. Aan te bevelen, wat we ook reeds gedaan hebben, en met positieve commentaren achteraf. Wij tellen alvast af naar de komende zomer!

Our holiday at the Finca was just great! The Finca had everything, space, a nice view, large swimming pool, palmtrees and anything you could ever need. Strongly recommended.
