One of the downstairs bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed and the other is furnished with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have an adjoining deck and share a full bathroom.
On the second level a lovely Great Room is complete to come relax or entertain your family and friends with a gas fireplace and gourmet kitchen. Indulge yourself and day dream watching the waves from the balcony or just end the day by playing games or watching TV on a 50' flat screen HDTV with DVD. The Master Suite has a New King bed. with a private luxurious large spa bathroom where you can begin or end your day with a relaxing bath in the jetted tub. Yes, #55 is a home away from home. 2016 will be our 5th year--why ??? We are spoiled. There is no property to rent that is as special in every way in all of the Central Coast . It is spacious, well located , 2 car garage with easy access, has a marvelous open kitchen with everything the chef needs, and a sofa that accommodates everyone at one time. The condo has every amenity to make a lengthy stay comfortable. We find it hard to vacate after 3 weeks !!!! We have family coming and going and it is the highlight of their vacation time. The proximity to the beach , restaurants, our favorite Bill at Hula Hut across the street with all they have to offer, , the Friday Night farmers Market on the promenade with music and food booths, and the Avila Farm are attractions that we look forward to year after year. We just arrived home and can't wait to return .
We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious condo that is one block from the beautiful Avila beach and fun restaurants and shops.
We had family from Boston, Washington D,C, and the Bay Area coming to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. The two-storied condo easily accommodated a large group, great views of the beach, close to beautiful wineries, fun day trips. Gourmet kitchen, large living room, great for parties. Two parking spaces- very generous. Designer magazine style master bathroom and bedroom. Everyone was happy with their bedrooms and there was enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Overall a great place for a family get-away!
Also, we stay at many VRBO throughout the country and we always appreciate a home that makes us feel at home. Specifically, we appreciate the generosity of owners who 'trust' us with beautiful furniture, nice and well-stocked kitchens with plates and glasses that make us feel proud to host parties. The bedrooms had top- rate linens and towels. It did not feel like the owners locked up their good stuff in a cabinet. They were generous and made us feel like they wanted us to feel like 'their home was our home'. And that is very special.
This property is ideal for being close to the ocean and the heart of Avila. Lots of room to spread out and very nicley deocrated. This was our second time staying in this unit and we will go back again soon....to take more walks on the beach and the pier and enjoy the great restaurants. Owners were very pleasant to work with and love Avila as much as we do. Can't wait to go back!
