Five bedroom end unit townhouse condo with three full baths. The unit has four floors This 2400 square foot retreat allows space and privacy for everyone. Kids can have their own space. It offers access to the following ski areas Mt. Cranmore (five minutes) (rentals extra.) They also have Winter and Summer tubing. Attitash is about fifteen minutes away and three other moutains are a comfortable drive. About fifteen minutes from Storyland. , Five minutes from the Conway scenic Railroad, and mini golf. Walk to the Settler's Green outlet mall.. Driving distance from Santa's Village. Whales Tale water park and Clark's trading post where you can see the black bears perform. A quick drive to downtown North Conway. Wireless internet with laptop for guests to use.

Why Andy chose White Mountains

This condo is located in close proximity to all that North Conway and the area have to offer. Yet you will feel as if you are insulated at the same time from the crowds.

What makes this townhome unique

Great for those with allergies. Pets are absolutely not allowed. Please do not request to bring any pets. Thank you.

Mount Cranmore's Perfcet Rental House

This house was just perfect! We traveled from sunny South Florida for a winter vacation at Mount Cranmore. The trip has become an annual experience for us, and this house has been by far the best choice yet. We did maximize the occupancy at 15 people and there was still plenty of room and everyone was very comfortable. The description that we read was exactly what we got when we arrived. Everything was well maintained, clean and the owner was very helpful. We snowboarded, sno mobiled and skiied for the whole 4 days, and the location was central to all of the sports we chose. I would recommend the property to anybody and hope to return to the same place next year.

great house great area

House was great!! all the essitentials were provided... Clean home spacious..

Couple things wifi didnt work and there was no computer as listed on forms seen sent would just update other than that great experience!

Poorly maintained.

The location and size was excellent for our vacation. We were disappointed in the condition of the place. The furniture was old and extremely uncomfortable. The cleaning company did a lousy job, we had to clean when we arrived. The outside deck and porch are so poorly maintained they were unusable, I don't think the grill has ever been cleaned. I would recommend bringing your own bedding and towels as the supple is in rough shape.

Big house. Easy access to restaurants and everywhere.

Andy was responsive to my inquiries. The house is big and has plenty of sleeping area. We went out to hike on Mount Washington the next day and Andy was nice enough to extend the checkout time so we could shower before we left. Except A/C is a little confusing to use, the house is awesome!

All ended well

My neice and I started vacationing with our families last year and felt this house was a bit of a let down compared to the house we rented last year. The house was a great size for us since we had 4 extra people come with us this year, it was in a quiet location but close to restaurants, shopping and natural wonders. The owner was polite and responsive as well.

However, we give it a C grade due to the lack of cleanliness (i.e. bathrooms, comforters and rear deck) small kitchen, damp basement ( where 2 rooms were), and the annoying condo board member who was stalking us about parking.

Not accurately portrayed by photos

The condo is spacious and convenient, and it is obvious that a lot of time was originally spent to make the interior of the condo attractive. The pictures captured the condition of the condo at the time that they were taken. However, that is not the condition of the condo at this time.

The current condition of the property is neglected. No yard work has been done on the exterior of the property for some time. There is a thick layer of pine needles on the steps going to the lower level, and in the back and front yard. Chairs, trash, and toys are on the porch and screened porch, and they are just plain dirty. No maintenance or cleaning has been done since winter--I suspect even before that.

The interior of the house also shows neglect. The bathroom floors are filthy. Although they have been vacuumed, they have not been properly washed in a significant length of time. The corners of the rooms are filled with dirt and dust, and the edges of the floors are dark with dirt. The lower level is only vacuumed in the areas where people walk. There is no attempt to dust and vacuum under and behind any kind of furniture. As a consequence, anyone with asthma, or allergies would not be able to spend time in that area. The overall amount of dust in all levels of the condo is unacceptable.

There are not sufficient sheets for all of the beds. The comforters have obviously not been washed in some time--at least many months.

The laundry area is filled with so many toys and discarded items that you can barely walk inside.

The table in the dining room needs the legs tightened before an accident occurs. The upholstery on the chairs is covered with food stains, not having been cleaned in months or longer. Additionally, some cabinets and dressers have broken doors and drawers.

Although the air conditioning works, the universal remote does not. The batteries bounce around in the remote, which causes it to lose contact with the unit and need to be rebooted. The unit did not turn off and on automatically.

The general state of the condo indicates that a very nice property is not ready for rental. Some intense cleaning, rubbish removal, and reorganization needs to be done to make the condo worth the rental fee. The owner relies upon renters and the cleaner to report issues with the property. That has proven to be inadequate, as the condition of the condo indicates.

Summertime: Nearby you will find lakes and rivers for summertime swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Brand new inground pool is a very short walk. There is also an abundance of hiking trails and rock climbing areas. Driving distance to miniature and regular golf, water slides and the Attitash Alpine slide. The winter months offer cross country and alpine skiing, snowmobiling, snow tubing, dog sled rides and snowshoeing. During the fall come up to see the leaves change color. Come shopping at over 100 outlet stores within walking distance, or just to get away from it all in the spring. This condo is in the center of it all.

Other Activities: snowmobiling, snowshoeing ,hiking, canoeingMapquest 1833 White Mountain Highway, North Conway New Hampshire 03860 to bottom of complex for location. This is where the street meets the main road. Condo is located on Village Way in North Conway N.H.

Ski: It is literally about five minutes from the door of the condo to Cranmore Mountain. Attitash is about twenty minutes away. Wildcat and Black Mountain are also within close driving distance. Loon and Shawnee Peak in lane are a reasonable drive of less than an hour. Pets of any type are never allowed due to consideration of people with allergies

Three full bathrooms with showers make getting ready easy. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the downstairs utility room. This unit has three living areas. The downstairs living room with pool table has a TV/VCR/DVD player so the kids can have their own area. The main living room with leather furniture and cathedral ceiling has a 46 inch flat screen TV with DVD and VCR. The loft sitting area with sectional has a 27inch TV/DVD/VCR as well as a laptop computer Nationwide free long distance.. There are five bedrooms. Two with king. One with a queen on the main level. Lower level with four twin beds. The upper open loft bedroom with a skylight has two full sized beds and a twin bed. There are plenty of games and VCR movies for the kids. There is a supply of toys including a lego table to keep the kids busy . Wireless internet. Fully stocked kitchen with pots; pans; dishes; utensils; cups and glasses. All televisions have cable hooked up. All linens and towels are provided.
