Wake up in the morning to enjoy the ocean blue from the queen bed in the master bedroom, have coffee on the lanai off the living room and enjoy meals in the dining room surrounded by tropical views. This sunny condo allows you to feel close to the ocean everywhere you look. Stroll along the beautiful grounds to the B.B.Q's, courtyard with picnic tables, nearby spa and ocean side pool. This is the ideal destination for your honeymoon, family vacation, or relaxing get-away. Soak in the Hawaiian sun, while keeping an eye out for migrating whales and spinner dolphins.

There is a 3 night minimum stay / 10 night minimum during Christmas & Ironman. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Hawaii Tax ID: 017-465-9584-01.

During Main Construction Period (9/11 to 9/25 - actual date TBD): Replacement of Other Sewer Pipes (not anticipated but may be needed)/Significant Disruption. Water an Sewer to affected building(s) will be shut down during pipe replacement. Duration TBD.

9/21 to 9/25: Repair an resealing or parking areas./Significant Disruption - No Parking Onsite; Access to units will be affected.

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 170 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.

Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.

Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009. We stayed 16-30 November 2016 in condo is a perfect location and would stay here again.The only problem we saw were some of the windows didn't close all the way. Seemed like they were broken. (Windows in Kitchen, one in dining room, both upstairs bathrooms, master one on east side) Also it would be nice if the floors in both bedrooms were fixed so they didn't make so much noise downstairs. Would be nice to have a clock in each bedroom.Overall very nice place to stay.

We loved our brief stay at Sea Village. We especially liked this unit and plan to return in the future. The only thing we would suggest is AC......or more portable fans. I usually go to Hawaii in the winter and the weather is usually not so hot. It was a hot October!

This place was fabulous. Very clean and had everytning we needed for a wonderful vacation. Snorkles, fins, beach toys and chairs. The pool and hot tub area were very clean. The only thing I would suggest is aircondirioning in the bedrooms. We would definatly stay here again.
